Excellent service
From the moment I decided to test drive a Dacia Sandero to actually purchasing a new one with '24 plates', I have received excellent service from the team at Dacia Aberdeen, in particular from Scott Arthur. Waiting for parts/communication
We are STILL waiting for an essential part for our car to arrive. The car was pulled in to get work done on something that was still under guarantee. They identified this part was needed but to date it’s still not arrived. I continually call to chase this up (they don’t phone me) to be told it’s still on order. They are not doing anything to put pressure on this or seeing if they can get from somewhere else. Terrible communication.
