We were welcomed but not pressured into purchasing a car. The car itself is great, we went for a plug in hybrid. As we are new to charging it would have been useful to have been given a tutorial on charging. We also discovered that the battery was flat when we took the car. This was an oversight and Mathew apologised and we took the car to the dealership and received a charge.

Our experience with John Clark was good to a point. But for someone like us who don't purchase a new vehicle very often. It would have been helpful if the procedure was explained a bit better. As when we transferred the money to pay the vehicle we didn't realise that the money had to come from the same account as the Purchascer. The money was transferred from my wife's account which was the best option at that time. We were only able to overcome this by changing the ownership of the vehicle. However after that the handover went very well.

As a returning customer I am pleased to say that the saleswoman( Ellie Carnegie) was a delight to deal with. Honest,upfront and efficient was the things that I found to be refreshing. All the issues that I noticed when I viewed the car were addressed and the car looked stunning when I picked it up. All credit to the sales and bodyshop teams who did a great job.

Fairly slick in terms of automated communication and paperwork for the process of enquiring and potentially buying and all staff very pleasant and helpful.

Aleksandar Atanasov was my sales rep and he was diligent to get the car ready for me to see, test and possibly drive away same day as I had to come from quite far away. Car was spotless and aside from needing some coolant ready to go.

On the day I discovered a tow bar having not spotted one in pictures and it made me nervous about extra engine wear from towing something heavy but amazingly Aleksandar was able to find the previous owner details and kindly called them to clarify what the tow bar was for. He even was able to put the owner on speaker so I could hear them directly confirm it was just a bike rack for Ebike. Previous owner was very happy to help having had the rack arranged by John Clark and having traded in this car for a newer version of the exact same model from John Clark.

So overall very happy with outcome after initially thinking I travelled a long way for nothing.

Only lost star is due to some admin errors. I reserved the car online got confirmation but it didn't seem to work or take payment and then the paperwork for the sale had a higher sticker price than the advertised price on website so it needed manually corrected. It was no issue for me thankfully and not a reflection on Aleksandar. I had the impression he was out of loop on the price drop and had his hands full with many customers as other sales reps where not around.

from enquiry stage to completion was very thorough, helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.
He looked after the handover and explained the new vehicle fully. A very courteous and mannerly member of your staff who you should be very proud of. I was a very satisfied customer, hence the maximum stars.

Our car needed to go here for warranty repairs after purchasing from the richmond skoda group (avoid avoid avoid). The team at John Clark were very helpful with the whole process from start to finish- thank you so much. We will be buying our cars from here going forward!
