I’m sharing this feedback with the intention of transparency and hopefully contributing to improvements.

I recently used JoqqAI to generate podcasts. While the label clearly promised a delivery time of about 3 minutes, my files took over three days to process. As a paying user, this experience left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and a bit mistrustful.

My feelings arise because I deeply value clarity, reliability, and respect for customers’ time. I also have a need for fairness and acknowledgment when expectations are not met.

When I reached out to customer support to request a gesture of goodwill—like complimentary credits—I was informed that no compensation was possible. While I appreciate the polite tone of the response, this further contributed to my sense of discouragement and being undervalued as a customer.

I sincerely hope the team will consider updating delivery estimates on the platform to reflect reality more accurately and explore ways to repair trust when service promises are not kept.

This is one of the best video content creation tools I have come across in decades. I would give it 1000 stars out of 1000 if I could! The combination of audio and visual quality is outstanding, with deeply realistic sound that truly sets it apart. Without a doubt, Jogg.ai is the number one platform on the planet for video content creation.

I subscribed to JoggAI’s Creator Plan, which promises “Unlimited Video Creation” for $69/month. At first glance, the tool looks promising – clean interface, fast video generation, and solid results. But the experience quickly turned frustrating.

You get 43 credits – and those vanish fast. Even simple product videos without avatars consume credits. Want to create a realistic avatar video with motion? That costs you 2–3 credits per video. After just 14 videos, my balance was gone.

Nowhere in the pricing or dashboard does it clearly say that nearly every useful video type eats into your credits, even though you’re paying for an “unlimited” plan. To me, that’s misleading at best.

The tool itself has potential, but the pricing model feels intentionally opaque. I canceled my subscription within days.

Would I recommend it? Only if you’re fully aware that “unlimited” doesn’t really mean unlimited – and you're ready to spend more on credits than you might expect.

Ironically, this link confirms exactly what I experienced and criticized:

Even standard video generation without avatars or motion consumes 1 credit

Avatar videos with motion (using Model 2.0 Pro) cost 3 credits per video

Product QuickAds, Talking Photos, and other basic tools also require credits

Even editing a video again costs 0.4 credits

Video translation: 0.5 credits for every 15 seconds

None of this is clearly explained on the pricing page when you sign up.

So while the plan is marketed as offering “Unlimited Video Creation,” nearly every real-world use case burns through your credits fast – and you're forced to buy more.

This feels misleading, and I still believe the pricing structure lacks the transparency users deserve.

JoggAI is a really good app for creating AI videos in bulk. I use their API often and it has never failed me, it's the ideal tool for making TikTok and YouTube channels.

this website is so bad, nothing works and when I download it downloads something else. Also I there is no button to cancel the subscription, so I have to E-Mail the support. 0 stars

Avatar is bad and dont even donwload the right one. Bonus Point: You cant cancel the subscription

There is no refund policy or money-back guarantee. You'll loose your money as soon as you pay for the premium membership. I asked them for refund exactly 6 hours I paid for the premium one, they rejected.

Love the ease of creating avatars. The voices are so natural. Text to video is great. HOWEVER, today I tried to get a short video using text to video with my avatar. After several attempts I could not get this done even after making the setting for the video correct. So is this a software bug or user error? Who knows? If there was someone I could hire to teach me what I don't know this entire experience would be more productive.

This is the best Avatar video generator out there. I know I have tried them all. Forget the fact that is also among the lowest cost, it is still the best.com

Lightning Development

I was sceptical at first when the platform could only produce 1 minute videos

but the updates and development have been second to none

and after only a couple of months a deluge of updates have been added

my favorite is the photo to talking avatar which is best in class from what I have seen.

it animates the photo with hand gestures also

greatly suprised by the developers ability with this software.
