the package was great but the content of the mystery boxes sucked. got 5 of the same thing out of 7 boxes.
well, i guess that's why they are called mystery boxes.

This is one of my favorite shops with gaming stuff. Almost all hoodies I own are from this company as well as a lot of shirts. The quality is good, customer service and the website itself are very inviting with their experience and gold earning system. Never had any trouble and if ever there was a problem with an item, a replacement was arranged quickly. Excellent store and recommended to all gamers.

Fast delivery, a little pricy!

My Boyfriend loved the jumper I got him from jinx.
I will be getting more stuff from Jinx in the future but it would be better if they had a bigger selection of gaming merchandise. Other than that the jumper was top quality and fit perfectly.

My Overwatch Cap was really, great it got to my home earlier then expected love it. Its awesome!!1!1!!

Great geek gifts and excellent customer service for when gifts are lost in the mail!

I ordered my girlfriend 2 tee-shirts. They showed up to my house in a timely manner. But I ended up getting the wrong size. So I sent them back for an exchange. Not only did they except my exchange, but I received the shirts just 3 days after I mailed them back from my local post office.

I would highly reccomend J!NX to anyone looking for their style of clothing.

I will gladly shop at J!NX again.

Good products​, good prices and fast shipping!

I love Jinx for a couple of reasons. The shirts are made of a high quality material. The shirts fit my wide, swimmer shoulders. The designs on the shirts are amazing for gamers. It also rewards me for buying shirts on Jinx

The shipping was OK but there were some difficulties: I waited for a month and then asked to return me money. Then a customer care agent gave me a tracking code for the shipping. When I visited my post office I realised that the package was waiting for me for about a month, but I believe that this is our post service fault.

Ordered The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Wolf Medallion from here and it arrived early, with no dents, no scratches, and packaged properly. I also ordered the Diablo 3 Tyrael hoodie a while back, and again, it came early (bearing in mind I live abroad). Their customer service has always been great, and have always made it light and easy on the customer. Plus they threw in some J!NX stickers on top of the order which is pretty mint. 5 stars for some of the best customer service, and some of the best service in general.

The new site is a touch more confusing to navigate easily. I do like the new gold and xp rewards. The quests are fun too. Always love the quality of the products I've gotten over the years :)

We were extraordinarily disappointed at the limited availability of items at Minecon 2016 and when we did get the opportunity to purchase exclusive items, we were told at Minecon it would be about 2 weeks. My credit card was debited in September, and after at least 2 date delays that I recall, we finally received our merchandise almost 6 months after Minecon....we couldn't care less about the items by that point. Very disappointed.

There are fewer products but still easy to use. I miss the weekly quizzes.
