The products are unique, and offer a great product for the price. Plus, I had an issue where a shirt I had ordered had went out of stock; they were able to help me get another shirt substituted quickly and my order wasn't delayed from being shipped.

I bought the "I fight like a girl shirt" originally in the early 2000's. I just replaced it with the new one and even though the design has changed, I'm still really happy with Jinx!

I want to start off this review on a positive note. Every time I had any interaction with the Jinx team, they were very courteous and always clearly outlined everything that they could do for me. This review is low because of the end results.

I ordered a T-Shirt for a friend on March 17th, the estimated shipping time to Vancouver, Canada was about early April. I noticed that the tracking information stopped as soon as the package hit Canada. By April 12th (package had not arrived), I was concerned and I contacted the Jinx Team and they mentioned that the shirt might be in customs and to wait until at least April 17th in order to resend the order. April 17th came, and still no shirt so I called Jinx again and they said they would ship out another shirt when more stock came in.

May 21st, more stock of the shirt came in and order has been shipped. While I still have not received the shirt yet, I can say that the shipment part of this experience could have been better. The professionalism provided by every touch point was great, but in terms of results, it's been more than 2 months and still no shirt.

Hands down the best website to go for any game related merchandise. Products are top notch, customer service is amazing and everyone who works at jinx are gamers themselves and understand what gamers want. Definite would recommend to anyone looking for game related merchandise.

There is nothing that I don't like about Jinx. I buy all of my witcher items from this website and I absolutely love every item I get. The clothes are amazing quality and other pieces I get are always fantastic.

J!NX is honestly my favorite company. The site is easy to use and helpful when figuring out sizing info. All the clothes are top quality. I have no complaints.

These shirts are soft and fit as expected. One of my favorite brands.

I bought a shirt for my wife as a gift from J!NX. The buying experience was great, and it arrived in a timely manner. After my wife has opened the gift to try it on, we noticed there was a huge rip in the shirt (6-8 inches) and an area of the shirt with red ink that looked like it was faded. When I contacted support, I was treated as if I was in the wrong. They implied that the rip and print we're somehow my fault, and that they don't have any manufacturing defects. They were reluctant to send me a new shirt. I almost didn't even want it after I had been treated as if I was contacting them to get something for free. I'm hesitant to buy from them again.

Mostly it's based on price for me. I mean I do get quality items of my favorite games but it does get expensive.

Product arrived before estimate and is still being enjoyed by the gift recipient.

J!NX is honestly incredible. The user experience on their website is so unique, and their designers clearly have an eye for what looks great/trendy without losing the feeling of video game culture. And if that wasn't enough, the quality of the shirts and pants I've purchased are top notch. You know it's good stuff when you catch yourself feeling the material while you're wearing it just because it feel so good. Y'all aren't awesome. This site is great. Your clothes are incredible. I'm a huge fan. Will definitely buy from here again!

Exactly what I wanted, it's my all time favorite jacket, FOR THE SWARM!!! but I wish the purple hood lining in the was in the rest of the jacket. but great price!!! so yay:)

What a rack .you ran out of tshirts and nothing the take 3 months..

Game area was the best part. Listening to the YouTuber's was very informative and fun. Also very cool that you could meet them in person (if you know here they are. Would help if they had their own booth.
The main floor however was a big disappointment. Hrmmm where should I begin....
*The store sold out on popular items within the first two hours of the first day. The store line was the worst! You would spend 2-3 hrs in line to be told this and that was sold out as you get to the front of the line.
*Not enough venders. My kids were over it within 4 hours of the first day.
*Don't buy from the custom AirBrush attire from Florida. He didn't have enough people working at the booth. He took orders and said he will shop then to you. LIED. Took my money but and never shipped my item. Please reconsider letting him come back.
