Ordered a BBQ Chicken Wrap with no torilla strips on the sandwich, but I wanted extra on the side. The general manager refused to give me but 2 1 ounce cups of the strips with a pinch of them on the side. Enough for a half of a sandwich. I'm not aware of a policy that there is a limit to how many extra ingredients you can order on your sandwich. When I asked said GM for more than an ounce of strips, she refused to give them to me and stated " I am the general manager and only I have final say and decide if you get extra ingredients on the side. I am the only one who can approve extra ingredients." She refused to give me extra tortillas!! Power hungry much?? The GM of Jimmy Johns!!! I even offered to pay for extra strips, she said they are a free item and there is no way she can ring them up for me to pay for them, she still said no, "only I have the authority to decide who can get extra on the side". SOOOO... it's a free item, they ask me if I want extra when I'm ordering on the place order page on the site, and ordering at the store, but she will not give them to me, or allow me to even pay for extra for them? Okaaaay. I was looking for Ashton Kutcher, I seriously thought I was being punked! Lesson learned, if you want your ingredients or extra on the side, as it asks you on their website when ordering, know that you cannot get them, unless the GM thinks you need them, then and only then will you get them. This is at the 106 N. Stephanie Henderson, NV location. No extra tortilla strips on your BBQ Chicken Wrap for you! LOL

the customer service was bad they seemed like they were high or something both of my sandwiches were wrong i took pictures of them
He was going so fast and put the wrong information down for my order I will continue to go to Jersey Mikes

The owner/manager of the shop in south Myrtle Beach should be fired on the spot. Ordered on line for pickup at 2:00pm, entered store at1:55 pm and not even started yet. Manager went back and forth with me with extreme rudeness. Had no respect for me nor the people eating. Told me if I wasn't happy to leave the shop. The worst attitude I have ever seen from a restaurant operator. I asked him to give me a refund and I would go to the Jersey Mikes store 3 blocks away. I am 78 years old and without a doubt this was the worst restaurant I have ever patronized. Never in my life have I ever been insulted in this manor before. This was my first visit to a Jimmy John sandwich shop and needless to say it will be my last visit. I wanted to give this review a NO star if I could.

We eat at Jimmy Johns all the time and always have a good experience. Compared to other fast food restaurants where the food is wrong, hot sandwiches are cold, food is missing... We have never had this sort of problem with Jimmy. Food is always great!

Out of the 5 other employees that are working there, only one person can do deliveries and he called in late to work,,so deliveries are not available. Man! Jimmy Johns used to be good and I can see it is no longer a place to worry about ordering from, especially with the lack give as $hit from the employees that were on the phone with me....

Bread was thin,dry,smashed and didn't taste right. Wasn't enough meat on it to be called a sandwich at all. With the poor sandwich quality, and even poorer service (had to go behind the counter to find a napkin). Eating here once, was too often

Good sandwich. I find it better if you customize it to your liking. Have had good service so far with their delivery.

I wanted to try jimmie johns for the first time. Ordered the roast beef. It came with 2 slices of beef, lettuce and tomato and no cheese for almost $8 bucks. It was the lamest sub I've ever eaten. My first AND last time I've eaten there. Won't be back. So much for being "gourmet"

I ordered Jimmy John’s via door dash. Door dash said I have 10mins remaining to place my order and when I did I never received my order nor any follow up comms. I reached out to door dash and they told me that they could not provide a refund. I paid $20 for a $10 sandwich. You are a million dollar company and I am not so I need my $20 back so that I can buy groceries since I can’t get my sandwich. UBER EATS WOULD NEVER

I WORK LITERALLY 5 MINUTES FROM JIMMY JOHNS AND OFTEN CANT GET AWAY FROM WORK DUE TO WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD- IT TAKES THEM 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR TO DELIVER ONE SANDWICH- FREAKY FAST MY A**! THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION- WHEN YOU CALL "OH THE DRIVER IS LEAVING NOW!" OVER IT.... WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME AGAIN!!

When I spent several hundred dollars on sandwiches for a family party, I was shocked to find out that I only got one credit. I learned that the rewards are visit based, not spend based. Who does that?! Nobody! Soooo cheap! So the next major get together, I had the store manager enter every sandwich separately (43 of them) so I could get credit for each purchase. Then I learned (after calling customer support) that you can only get credit for one purchase every two hours. Who does that?! Nobody! The app and online are intentionally obscure about how the program works or what you get for what you buy. And who cares about stupid badges. I'm supposed to feel pride for having bought 388 inches of sandwiches and got nothing but an achievement badge for it!? Are you kidding me?!
I like JJs sandwiches but I feel so disrespected and unappreciated as a loyal customer. They obviously are more interested in not rewarding customers and have gone to great lengths to make their rewards meaningless and hard to qualify for. I will NEVER EVER again buy a large amount from JJs! They worked hard to drive me to competition and finally succeeded. And they just don't care.

Ordered online. Went to pick up in store. They did not have my order ready when i got there. I asked girl making my sandwhich if she saw the extras on there because they messed up before. She rudely replied yeah i have the ticket right in front of me. Then I asked for two small sides of ceaser dressing. She did it and it was not full so i asked if she could fill it up a little more. Then she got an attitude and said we will have to start charging you for these. I said they have never charged me before and I even ordered the exact same thing the day before and had no issue. I said it dosn't show it costs on the website, because you can ask for extra dressing at no charge. She said it won't be on the website we charge you here. If im spending my hard earned money on a already overpriced wrap that is almost $11 you really can't give me a side of dressing but want to charge.69! If this is the case i will stop eating there. I love the wraps, but will not spend additinal money on a small cup of ceaser. It's the principle of the matter. When I called up there to ask for her name she would not give it to me and said she is not obligated to do so and just said she was the store manager. I am so aggravated that i went through all this becasue i'm tired of being treated differently every time i go, and when she is there it's never a good experience. No greetings when i walk in, or a smile, or have a nice day. I think the manager and the staff should watch "Give them the Pickle" on customer service. Also please have your employees cover up their beards, I do not want hair in my food.

Food is always fresh and tasty. The delivery is super fast too.

The employees and drivers are always friendly as well.

We never have any issues.

For a place that advertises as "Freaky Fast", it was almost 2 hours after placing online order for delivery person to call saying they had arrived. No thanks. Never again J.J., Never again!

I ordered almost $90 worth of sandwiches last night from Jimmy John’s at Cascade and the bread was so hard😡I am HIGHLY UPSET!!

Ate at Jimmy's once, and that's the last. Dull, bland bread, minimal vegetables, Low in taste. Could have done the same thing at home and probably been happier. They need to close.

Great food. Made super fast. Veggie subs are the best. Tip: put salt and vinegar chips IN your veggie sub

I placed an order on March 7th @ 12:27pm, my order was not ready for pick-up until after 1:38pm. I picked up my order and after arriving back work I realized the order was incorrect, I called the store back and spoke with an employee who said that I could bring back the sandwiches that were made incorrectly and pick up new sandwiches that would ready when I arrived at 4pm. I called before heading to the store to ensure the sandwiches would be ready. The manager who identified himself as Holden stated that he would not remake the sandwiches but I could pick up the free items that were not included on the sandwiches and add them myself. This is over 2 hours later and the sandwiches had been sitting in my car waiting to go back to the store . The sandwiches were not even safe to eat at that point let alone the fact that they were on soggy bread. I explained to the manager that it was his employee who said I could bring back the sandwiches for replacement. Holden was not sympathetic at all. He accepted zero responsibility for the fact the sandwiches were made wrong and refused to replace the order. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again and I encourage you not to give them your money. They have terrible service, and the manager is a horrible individual, he has a total lack of respect for his customers and I encourage you to go to Potbelly instead!

The Gargantuan with Kickin' ranch is AMAZING. Very fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. It is always on time too. This is the only place I will go for something quick.

For the first time since I have been ordering from Jimmy Johns, the sandwich is horrible. The meat tastes spoiled. I am so dissapointed.
