Ordered online for my parents. The lady at customer service was very quick to call to ask me when i wanted delivery.

Unfortunately the product was delivered to my billing address rather than the requested delivery address of my parents.
The lady at customer services dealt with it within ten minutes and had it organised for collection and for it to be redelivered on the same day. Phenominal friendly staff and customer care. Best company i have ever dealt with. Product was great quality and value for money

We had carpeting and vinyl flooring done with the Hillington branch and we couldn't be happier with the service, start to finish.

David talked us through everything and helped us find what was right for us. Neil came to visit the house to check everything was in order and our fitter did a fantastic job.

Went to Hillington branch Brilliant store to deal with. Manager John was brilliant and offered great advice and customer service. We got them fitted by one of there fitters called will who was top quality with his work and workmanship.

If you ever go ask for those two 😁😁

I went in for a bit of vinyl and the guy I dealt with was a Jem. Excellent service and got a discount on the vinyl I got. I’d defo recommend the shop in Paisley. I’ll be going back for any carpet I need in the future. 5* service.

Visted this afternoon looking for carpets and the 2 members of staff didn't even acknowledge I was there let alone ask if they could help me. One was too busy looking at things on his phone. I was looking to carpet my whole house but will go elsewhere. Not impressed.

Excellent service - from booking (very knowledgeable and took lots of time to answer questions) to great fitters (Pat and Willie) who went above and beyond and worked quickly and professionally. Excellent!

Excellent service down to earth staff and quality carpets and floors Cannot thank them enough

Great customer service in Hillington Glasgow store, floor fitter Tam did an amazing job. Absolutely love my new laminate floors. Will only use and recommend JEM Carpets Hillington in future. Thank you

The service we received from John Mcgougan from their Hillington branch was first class, John is the diamond Gem of this company. We had visited a number of carpet suppliers but none could touch the class of service received here, John helped us choose the quality carpets for our whole house keeping within our budget. We had also seen a special carpet for our hall at another supplier, although Jem did not supply this type, he exceeded our expectations & called round a number of their suppliers until he located it, not only that, he managed to get it a lot cheaper than we had seen it. Neil who did the measuring, also advised on the carpets. We had to change installation date due to builders delay, this was no bother to John. The installer William & Michael were great, they even moved my suite into the living room. Karma is true, if you are nice to people it will be returned.

We’ve had two rooms, a hall and stairs carpeted by Jem over the last 4 months. Great advice and service in the Hillingdon store. Fitted quickly to a high standard by William and Michael. Highly recommended.

Very good from purchase in the Hillington store to promp fitting. Had three carpets fitted on two separate days (to suit me) and they were spot on. Very reasonable on price as well. Top marks to Jem.

Great experience and knowledge had my carpet picked and fitted within 4 days.Gerry the carpet fitter was fantastic hillington branch were fantastic

Excellent service in store at Hillington and carpets fitters were very efficient, with no hassle.
Good quality carpets.

JEM carpets (Hillington) came to fit my carpets yesterday. Super efficient and quick service.

Staff in store were more than helpful and the fitter was friendly and done an excellent job.

Would 100% recommend and would use again in the future.

Thank you 😊

Jem Carpets (Hillington) came out to fit carpets in 3 rooms of our new house.

They arrived when they said they would and fitted all 3 carpets perfectly, no fuss or hassle. The carpet fitters were lovely and even put a little off-cut into the wardrobe for us. All the staff in the shop were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Advice and measuring through to fitting all went very smoothly. Arrived when they said they would and phoned ahead to let you know. William and Pat the fitters were so good we requested them for second carpet fitting - again made a great job and were extra careful of new painting and fitted furniture. Well done Jem carpets.

Great service and price from the guys at Jem carpets Hillington for our whole house to be fitted with laminate tiles, made our experience so simple and easy. DEFINITELY recommend!

Marc & Josh.

Fab service from the Hillington branch, very easy to deal with. Carpets look brilliant and very high quality, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

From start to finish brilliant service. Friendliest guys in the Hillington store. Love our home again. Thankyou

Both my husband and I were extremely pleased with the service we received at the Hillington branch. John who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful to us when making our choice for carpets and vinyl for our daughter's flat. He arranged for the carpet fitters to come over two days so that we could juggle my daughter's furniture around from one room to another as the fitters completed the hall, bathroom and living room on the first day and returned on day two so that we had time to clear the bedroom of furniture. The fitter's arrived exactly as John had arranged on day one and then back on day two. These fitter's called William and Pat did a wonderful job and were very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use Jem Carpets in the future and I'd like to thank everyone concerned with this carpet and vinyl installation. I highly recommend Jem Carpets and rate their service as 10 out of 10 :)
