Total scam. Ordered a mystery box for a present. It was never recieved. I kept being told it would be sent our soon. Then when I demanded a refund I was told I would receive it within 7 days. Again this never happened! Avoid at all costs!!

Not only has this company sent out a voucher to existing customers in order to gain good reviews, they also don't sent out any goods or answer their emails.
I ordered on the 9th of JANUARY waited absolutely ages, then desided to email to which some days later someone responded and said "oh your parcel must have got lost in the post" so originally there was no tracking or dispatch info- after the email there was apparently but even now that link doesnt work. Fast forward to now I've sent around 4 new emails over the past 2 weeks demanding a refund- No response still. I just want my £45 back !!

I ordered a mystery box for my daughter’s birthday on 18/2/25, still haven’t received it. Emailed 1/3/25 and got a reply saying it would be dispatched in 4-5 days. Have since emailed requesting a refund, no reply.
This company are nothing but thieves, shame on you. 🤬

Ordered an Oasis hoodie with a free mystery t-shirt back in October, reached out in February to check on the order and was told by Phil that is was "on a batch post and would be arriving on Monday that next week. Never arrived, reached out again and am getting the same response now. Disputing the purchase with my credit card company, what a scam.

I ordered a Faith No More mystery box on 24th December 24 for my daughters Birthday in January. I have yet to receive this order. I emailed around the 9th of January to ask for an update, and got a response from someone called Phil telling me that "orders are shipped out monthly, and mine would be dispatched within 7 days". That was about 6 weeks ago. I emailed again towards the end of January, and within an hour my order status had changed to "On its way". However, the email was not responded to, and no tracking information has been sent. I have since followed up with another email, and have not received a response. It has gone Radio silent, they have my money, and they are now ignoring me. I order stuff from the internet all the time, and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Part of me thinks I have fallen for a scam!

I ordered a few things back in August, they didn’t arrive. I was told several times that they were being sent out, but it’s now the end of Feb and nothing has arrived and no one will respond to any of my emails.

Ordered mid December, still haven't received my order which was a Christmas present. Had very limited contact then for the last month nothing, no updates or communication. I've since requested a refund and had no response, shouldn't take customers money if you can't deliver the service or product, I will have to speak to my bank now about getting the money back.

Here to rez an old thread as I've been doing my own research on this company.

My partner desperately wanted one of the varsity jackets they had in stock, and our anniversary is coming up, I ordered it a full month in advance so it would be here safe and sound. Ordered on the 8th January, no word by the 16th, so I emailed, they said to wait a few more days, then complete radio silence. I emailed again on the 23rd, 31st and 8th February. My order still says its confirmed but no updates in a calendar month since making the order?! You are unable to message their instagram or their facebook page, and they ignore any comments. Reddit has also provided screenshots to show that they are providing discount codes in response to positive reviews hence the disparity between these reviews. ( I have links but they are not allowed to be posted on reviews so just google "Reddit sleep token jelly frog" its the first result. )

This site is a complete crap shoot as to whether or not you get your merch, but it doesn't stop here friendos, oh no no. Jelly Frog was established, dissolved, attempted again under a different name called Nerd Monkey , and then relaunched as Jelly frog again.

More digging has also uncovered the following showing a Phillip Glossop being sentenced for counterfeit goods. (Again, google the below, first link)

So long story short, guys a scammer, sites are a scam and a complete crap shoot. Owners been sentenced for selling counterfeit stuff so probably not even legit in the first place. Avoid like the plague. I've raised a chargeback dispute with my bank today and we'll see how well it goes. I'll cross post this to any other thread I've seen regarding Jelly Frog and hope that it at least gives some folk some more context about whether or not to risk handing your precious sheckles over to them.

This is all publicly available information if you know how to google, so don't accuse me of doxxing.

I purchased a mystery box on the 16th Jan!
I am still waiting and have had no reply to any email or message as to when it will be delivered. Awful customer service!

Ordered couple of weeks before Christmas stil not received anything had 2 emails saying it was in process but stil nothing been nearly 8 weeks now and stil no news disappointed communication has been poor as messaged many times for updates

Wish i had read the reviews. placed an order in early December, heard nothing for a week, item was apparently out of stock (though they never got in touch to tell me, i had to chase them) so they cancelled the order and issued a refund. I ordered a different item instead, a week later no update yet again, emailed to ask if it would arrive before christmas as it was a gift, they said it would, it did not. Asked in early January when it would be shipped, was told it would be shipped that week, 3 weeks later it still hasn't shipped, i’ve asked 3 times for a refund and not received any reply, had to open a merchant dispute with the bank to get my money back.

Stay WELL away.

By sending the orders to the people or refunding their money to them, I am owed 150 pounds by them since September for 6 Oasis T shirts all I get is Promises.I would be happy to pay more for a better Postage, I pay 10 ponds for my Darts items and they always arrive without any trouble, it is very frustrating having to wait so long for them to arrive. Thank you.

Ordered a mystery box Dec 1st. Was notified 13th Dec it was on the way but no tracking details received. Have emailed twice for confm of dispatch with no response. It’s Christmas Eve tomorrow and no likelihood of delivery in time for Xmas.

Ordered on the 12th November, spent just under £120, have sent several emails to customer services and posts on their facebook page, have had a couple of emails back but still no order or tracking updated as promised, what were expensive Christmas gifts are now no where to be seen... JELLY FROG PLEASE SEND MY ORDER OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I can't deny after placing my order, then reading the reviews I was apprehensive as to whether I would receive my mystery box, however I did and the goods are really good quality.

I would recommend ordering two months in advance though as I did have to wait 5 weeks but Phil did answer my emails.

Still waiting for my package. Customer Service never replies to emails. First and last time.

Ordered a Sleep Token mystery box (November 2024 edition) as a birthday gift. I received an email on 8th November stating that I would receive my tracking information early the following week (9th - 11th November) and nothing has been received since then. I have sent around 6 emails asking for an update and no response whatsoever from Phil. I highly doubt I’ll be receiving this item. Take this as a warning to not order anything from this scam website.
