Another great experience with JA Steel
Another great experience with JA Steel. After a very easy video survey with Rob, the company arranged at short notice to do my move, sending 3 people instead of the agreed 2, and completing the move with zero fuss, zero breakages, in quick time. My crew were Ryan, Billy R and Gengis - all of whom were friendly, helpful, efficient, easy to work with. They called to advise eta, they worked to a deadline I had not previously advised them of, and generally took all the stress out of moving. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.

We’d like to clarify that during the move the power to the communal door was temporarily switched off for safety reasons while items were being moved through the entrance. The door was not broken or damaged by our team, and power was restored once the move was completed.
We always aim to work carefully and respectfully in communal areas, and we’re sorry if this was not communicated clearly at the time. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us improve our service.

We had a great moving experience thanks to Mark W & Joe C
I cannot express how amazing JA Steels crew were!! Mark W & Joe C made my experience less stressful, and if the rest of the staff are like them 2 men then I would recommend this company to everyone I know. My move went seamlessly well thanks to them!!
I have an autistic son who does not like interacting with strangers, however he liked both Mark W and Joe C who both continuously made sure my son was happy and comfortable through the 2 day packing and moving stages which also really helped the process. 10/10 experience

Arrived on time
Arrived on time, asked about the job. Handled everything with great care and really felt like it was a personal service not just another job number to tick off. Took great care of my belongings, even cared enough to arrange the furniture for me in a way that was safer for my toddler. (Obviously they’ve asked me first) arrived with all the correct tools, protected my sliding double door mirrored wardrobe, as well as sofa and mattress was all covered for transportation. Floriah, Dah. R and Estom were really exceptional and professional and had an excellent attitude. Courteous and helpful. Really helped ease a lot of my anxiety around moving as a single mum. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for trust worthy movers.

From start to finish, their warm and friendly attitude made the entire moving process stress-free. Everything was done efficiently and with respect for my parents belongings.
