Over a three day long-distance move ; all the onsite and office staff were professional and polite and helped to make the process as easy and as stress free as possible. We'd especially like to thank the staff that travelled with the vans and unloaded at our destination - Glen, Connor, Robert and (young) James - who went out of their way to make things come together in time for our completion deadline.

Extremely experienced, professional, polite and caring. I liked the way the person who came round to look at our belongings, and compile a quote, asked on entering whether we would like him to wear a face-mask. Although it wasn't necessary, it was the first indication that the company was sensitive to its clients. They assessed our needs very clearly on the first day - their quote was detailed. James Removals moved us from South London with some weeks in storage in between. We were very pleased with the service provided and for the hard work and professionalism of the team. The guys that packed us up were great, very patient and helpful with our ongoing packing while they were loading the trucks. The two men that delivered our stuff to Nottingham were absoutely fantastic, working really hard to get everything unpacked, including having to go up three levels without any complaints or grumbles. All the staff were polite and friendly - even staying on at the office so we could pick up an extra roll of bubble wrap. I have recommended James Removals to friends who are moving soon.

The packing and moving of our house contents was really painless and the team showed a lot of patience when we couldn't get into the new property due to issues with the previous owners. Upon unpacking some pictures, we have found breakages but the offer has been made to pay for those. I would thoroughly recommend James Removals.

The Guys were absolutely fantastic and the attention to detail was second to none. Glen, Brian, Dan and James plus one other were so efficient. Glen could take anything apart and put it back together perfectly. The packing made sure there was no damage to anything from the large mahogany furniture to the smallest coffee cup.
