Liam also kindly guided me through the process of claiming via my insurance company, helping me understand what to expect, which was of great help. He really took the time to understand what I wanted from my replacement ring and was empathetic throughout the whole process.
I am delighted with my new ring, which, while it may never replace the sentimentality of the previous one, is just as beautiful. I would definitely recommend this jeweller for their fine products and exceptional customer-focused service.

They had a great offer on a watch I wanted and even though I'd qualified for free next day delivery, when I placed my order and asked for the dispatch to be delayed until I was available, they obliged and arranged to deliver on the Saturday. They even picked up on website bug that had included a delivery cost and refunded me straight away.
