I ordered an Oak hand rail and wall fixings at a very competitive price. . All came on the day i picked for delivery. Very well packaged for the transport and all arrived in perfect condition.
We changed the handrails and newel caps from painted to Oak. The delivery was prompt and the quality was superb. As a retired joiner I appreciate what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed
Brilliant customer service. Basically I ordered the wrong thing! The lovely lady (Think she said Kim?)at Jackson’s was amazing and really helped me. Will definitely use again, thank you.

After looking at many online places to buy a staircase hand-rail we eventually found Jackson Woodturners. Our purchase arrived within a few days later. Good quality and good service
I had a good first experience with Jackson Wood Turners about six months ago so I went back to them for some oak mopstick handrails from and also some end scrolls. Once again, the delivery was fast and the quality of everything was excellent. My customer didn’t like the end scrolls so I returned them and received a full refund with no fuss. This seems to be an excellent company.

new staircase in a dormer bungalow conversion
Went to Jacksons for a new staircase in a dormer bungalow conversion. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't too sure how to go about it. Luke took care of everything & was really helpful with ideas and suggestions too. I would 100% recommend.

Super attentive company
Bought an Oak round mop stick handrail. Really well priced when compared to the B & Q of this world. Sadly it was delayed as DX failed to turn up 2 days running. I contacted Jackson Woodturners and they could not have been more attentive. Item arrived and is fitted, it looks fantastic.
