I bought a SONY PS3 Laser Lens KEM-410ACA with Carriage from this seller to repair a friends PS3. His auction page was very helpful in helping me choose the correct laser. I was very surprised by the cost of the laser as it was alot cheaper than I had expected and it also included free p+p. After it was ordered, the laser arrived 2 days later which I was very impressed with. It was also packed very well.

I had no problems with the seller and would recommend them to everyone and I would also happily use them again in the future should I ever need to.

Bought a few things from these guys , had 2 xbox 360 drives off them which all worked fine and my last purchase was a XBOX 360 WHISPER LEGACY COOLING FAN RED/BLUE/GREEN LEDS which actually did stop my 360 from 3rrod when using the turbo function . Also really good turn around un like some on ebay which state will post in 24hrs of receiving payment but allways take a week or so these guys were for all items ive had within 2 days of buying

Waited a month with no products delivered. No reply to emails or phone calls. Hotline ALWAYS engaged. Took ages to get refunded. This site should be taken down. Seriously unusable

Lessons learnt from JOAG. READ THE BAD REVIEWS AS WELL AS THE GOOD! ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD WITH PROTECTION SERVICE OR PAYPAL. JOAG’s reputation seems to be based on the supply of low value goods/services and not the higher value items widely publicised on their website. Camcorder, DSLR and XBox customers I suspect all have a similar experience. JOAG will answer your enquiries courteously, accept your order, and take your money very quickly! Surprise, surprise, 5 days later your goods are no longer in stock. Take my advice, CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and request a refund. Make sure this is via their website link addressed to “Account & Refunds”. The quickest you’ll get your money back is two weeks, in the meantime you’ll have created a generous cash flow for JOAG for an item that they never had in stock. The time taken to return your money is dependent on a tendency towards impatience.

Saturday evening trod on mobile and broke screen, Sunday night trawling the net and find screens can be replaced and cost £15. Sunday afternoon found Jack of All Games got one for £4.29, Blimey!!! Wednesday dinner time phone back to life, one VERY happy and satisfied Puppy!! Responded to contact within 20 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

Have ordered 2 replacment Xbox 360 DVD Drives from these guys and both arrived in 2 days ... very pleased with the price and service redeived ... would recomend them
