This company is impossible to get hold of.......rang them well over 30 times and can never get through. Reading previous reviews of this company seems this is one of their main downfalls. and the fact they don't supply the stock. and it is apparently grey imports. well they lost a sale. i went with another company and they got it to me by the next working day! avoid this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ordered a canon EOS 550d. but enquired about their 3 month warranty. I was unhappy with the details they told me on the phone when i eventually got through. so phoned Canon UK. They informed me over the phone that the warranty is not with them and Jackofallgames are not an official Canon stockist and that they sell grey imports. so no UK warranty! do not buy from them. go with a reputable UK based company

I have bought a few products from these guys now and every time it has been a pleasure. They are accurate with descriptions, fast with delivery, and are always happy to answer questions about their products and tips for instilation. Why do I have a good reputation - fast delivery, well packed, the goods without reservation. I can not praise.

I ordered Fallout: New Vegas on the 21st of September, a month prior to the game being shipped. I was skeptical at first with the prices being so low but after reading a number of reviews, many customers seemed happy with the service, so I ordered it anyway.

It was shipped to me on the 21st of October and I expected it to arrive on or around the release date. Friday came, nothing. Saturday, nothing. I assured myself it'd be there on Monday, but still nothing. It's now Thursday and my hopes of getting the game have been lost.

I've rung JOAG but got no answer on the phone. Left my details as requested and was told I would be gotten back to within 24 hours, which I wasn't. I e-mailed and asked for a tracking number which they were happy to give, but it only records where it was shipped from and when/if it's delivered, so as far as I'm concerned, it could be anywhere between here and Australia.

I can't decide whether this is a fault on JOAG's behalf or the postal services, but I've never had an issue with Royal Mail before until now. I wish JOAG could be more helpful with the matter but it's a shame that nothing more can be done on either JOAG's behalf or Royal Mail's.

I also ordered Fable 3 from JOAG, so depending on whether I receive this game, I'll know if it's a Royal Mail screw-up or a problem on JOAG's behalf. I did e-mail them about that order asking if I could get a different service to guarantee the delivery of the item but they didn't reply so I'm not sure if I'll receive Fable 3.

If I find out that it's a problem that I induced or if Royal Mail is to blame, I'll remove the review but for now, I'm not very happy and am definitely not going to order from them again when I can pay a couple more quid to get an item guaranteed to my door.

Edit: Fable 3 was shipped on Friday and it arrived the next day. I can't fault JOAG for that. I've increased the rating to 3-star as I've still received no word from them with the missing Fallout: NV. I'll have to hope I get adequate compensation from Royal Mail for it. Excellent service on Fable 3 though with great prices. A bit etchy to use though. If you're worried and don't have faith in the company, spend the few extra quid on a more reputable site.

I have used Joaguk a fair number of times for parts for ps3 and 360s as i run a small repair company. Every part has been as described and worked apart from one and that was immediately replaced but wasnt sellers fault as it was manufactured incorrectly.I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for majority of my parts for my business.

Bought a replacement drive and JOAG sent out via signed for delivery but never arrived i contacted JOAG's and i received a reply that same day they gave me the reference number so i contacted royal mail they told me it had been sent out but they couldn't seem to find why it haven't arrived yet. After re contacting JOAG's i recieved a full refund and they claimed the loss through royal mail. I cant say anything bad about they was all royal mails fault so all i can do it recommend JOAG.

Having ordered the My xbox drive at the weekend i didn't really expect the thing to turn up till the end of the following week. How surprised was i to find it delivered when returning home on the tuesday to find it had already arrived. Having previously purchased a replacement drive elseswhere which failed to work. This one from this company worked with out any drama and I got exactly what i paid what was a really excellent price as well.

So if you wanted a reliable item delivered fast at a cheap price i would say this is definatly your first stop shop. Extremely pleased with the way this company dealt with my order as a customer.
