After a 4 month wait, they cut their own cable...
It took over 4 months to transfer an internet line when we moved office.
The communication is truly shocking!
Once the cable was finally ready to be connected, another ITS installation team installing a line for another business cut our cable! Laughable!
Handover as you can imagine went swimmingly, all we required were our login details and IP address - getting access to these was no different from walking over burning coals!
I highly, highly, recommend you swerve this business.

My experience with ITS Technology Group has been nothing short of disappointing. We engaged their services to provide us with a Fibre connection, and unfortunately, the entire process was riddled with issues from start to finish.
On the day of the scheduled installation, communication was virtually non-existent. Attempts to reach them were futile, leaving us in the dark and unsure of their whereabouts or when they would arrive. When they finally did show up, we were subjected to an agonizing 8-hour wait, far longer than any reasonable timeframe for such a service.
To make matters worse, despite the extended delay, they were unable to deliver on their promise of a functioning connection. It became evident that the Fibre cable had been damaged, and I strongly suspect it was due to the negligence of one of their team members who seemed to have crushed the cable with a floor grid.
This entire ordeal has not only wasted valuable time but has also caused us significant inconvenience and potential financial loss. It's deeply disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, competence, and accountability from a company that claims to specialize in technology solutions.
In light of this experience, I cannot recommend ITS Technology Group to anyone seeking reliable and competent Fibre services. Proceed with caution and be prepared for potential delays, communication breakdowns, and subpar service quality.
ITS have failed to provide the service…
ITS have failed to provide the service I pay for on several occasions and refused to refund for the time the service was not functional (which was over 7 months!) Their customer service is terrible and their technical support is only marginally better. Avoid at all costs. Starlink is less than £30 more a month for over 10 times the bandwidth and without the almost daily dropouts. I believe they also monitor your connection... something ITS should but do not do.

Brilliant Start to 2024!
Amazing start to the year i have had a number of On-Net orders recently and WOW.
Amanda and Lorraine have blown me away with there recent works on my projects.
The introduction to Dan on the Ops side was a brilliant idea he calls me before all the appointments to confirm the engineering and access. He has not failed me yet once!
Honestly really amazed on how the on-net team are pulling together, communications skills 10/10 Knowledge and understanding of the jobs 10/10, i am also out on the field with the field engineers and can also confirm 10/10 really excited to see what the rest of the year is to bring.

anywhere from 18mb/s to under 1mb/s, unstable speeds.
the speed can be atrocious. it's very inconsistent. sometimes it's OK. granted we live in a rural area, I get equal speeds and more stability via phone signal data / internet.
PS: mid-way through writing this review the internet has disconnected, typical. I'm connected via ethernet too! The support are helpful but I cannot recommended the product/service itself.
Note: we use a 5G transceiver to receive the internet (through the air) so packet-loss (jitters, video freezing) could be due to weather, but I'm not going to make excuses for them. higher speeds, more relay posts or better equipment can negate this.
If their service improves I will update my review but until then, I'm sorry but I cannot recommend them. It's just not consistent at all, and unfortunately we are locked into a 2 year contract.

Shocking customer services. I bought a Solic 200 for £ 265. It broke after a week, phone rings for three times and then hangs up. No email response and I had to contact the manufacturer. Avoid...

Customer service is non existent. There phone numbers don't work and when you send an email they never respond. If I would of known these facts I would of stayed clear.

TERRIBLE WiFi and poor customer service
WiFi is TERRIBLE! I live in a student accom and the WiFi is powered by ITS. Every other day I have internet glitches when attending online lectures or having online assessments. Today, the WiFi has not been working for the past 5 hours and they still haven’t fixed it (bearing in mind that it is exam season and all the occupants of this building are students). Called customer service and they couldn’t even offer an apology or an estimate of when it’ll be fixed they just said “yeah our driver is on his way to the building”. What a shame!!!

The wifi is good but the customer service are awful how is it that no one is working on a weekend what if something happened like what happened to me the wifi is down on a Saturday and until now it is not working.
Excellent service from ITS
I am an ITS broadband customer. I phoned them (Carol) on a Monday, asking about moving ITS broadband equipment from one room to another in my house.
Despite this being a customer request job, and not a fault repair, they arranged to carry out the job the next time an engineer was in the area. That turned out to be on the Wednesday. Less than 48 hours after my initial call, Tony had completed the work.
I regard this as excellent service, especially during COVID restrictions. Thanks very much
