Especially stay away from their branch on US 1 in Vero Beach, managed by Jody Kisler, Assistant Manager Betsy Perez. There are more false statements at every turn.
I am 66 years old and disabled. iThink Financial Credit Union is preventing me access to my own financial information.
After days and days of this, preventing me from getting information about my own finances, I just need my final accounting so I can be done with the unhelpful employees at that branch.
I'm about to contact iThink Financial again today. I'm interested to see what kind of new falsehoods they have to tell today!
I am also filing a complaint with the American with Disabilities Act, which addresses discrimination against the disabled.
They shut down my debit card without even notifying me.
Fraudulent Charges.
I stood in front of a teller in the US 1 location in Vero Beach and a teller simply stated, "Would you like me to shred your debit card? "
"Why?" I replied. I have funds in this institution.
They NEVER informed me that they had shut it down. Including the face to face interaction I had with the teller.
If you do business with iThink Financial Credit Union, be prepared for no answers to your direct questions and only receive iThink rhetoric.
The personnel there are as unhelpful as they can manage to be. Lots of double talk.

They are not even BBB accredited!
