Wonderful people are the Chinese nothing is too difficult for them.

i love the wild tea series! they tastes amazing, especilly the green and oolong tea!

Phenomenal company ran by wonderful people, they have an amazing range of high quality teas that's all reasonably priced. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to take their tea brewing experience to the next level.

I have received several orders now from this company and will continue to be a repeat customer. Fast shipping from China. I love how they use sustainable packaging, that’s a huge positive for me. Very good quality teas, always fresh, absolutely no complaints at all.

ITeaworld's tea collection is nothing short of exceptional. I was impressed by the remarkable quality of their tea samples, which showcase an impressive attention to detail in sourcing and processing. The leaves are clearly hand-picked at their peak, resulting in clean, vibrant flavors that truly shine through in each cup. The aroma is intoxicating, and the taste profiles are wonderfully distinct and nuanced - exactly what tea connoisseurs look for. What really sets them apart is the consistency across their entire range; whether you're trying their oolong, green, or black teas, you can expect the same high standards. For anyone serious about their tea, ITeaworld's selections are definitely worth exploring. Their commitment to quality makes them a standout choice in today's crowded tea market.

I've tried roughly half a dozen teas from iteaworld and they have ranged from good to excellent. They are fairly priced and I appreciate that the company is extremely passionate about improving their customers experience and never resting on any base expectations.

I've tried a number of the sample sets from ITea World and all of the teas are either upper medium quality level basic examples, that are true to type, or a bit better than that, more exceptional. Value is pretty good, and the sampler option forms are unique. The only limitation is that some of the sets presented as more basic do include versions that are more in an average quality range, but even those are still pretty good. For what they are presenting and offering the options and value are great.

High quality tea, love the variety they have to offer too. Great packaging. I absolutely love their sample boxes allowing people to taste various different teas before committing to the bigger amounts of certain teas. Great customer service too, will gladly purchase from them again.

Great quality teas and great variety. If you're interested in learning more about different teas or want to try samples to expand your palate, iteaworld is a great place to start.

I purchased some tea from iteaworld. They sent me the wrong tea the first time. I contacted their customer service team and they happily sent me the correct tea and let me keep the incorrect tea they send me originally. I am very happy with the tea I purchased and how easy their customer service team was to work with.

I’ve been working with IteaWorld for over a year now and have had the pleasure of reviewing many of their teas. One word: Excellent!

From the care taken in packaging and instructions to the actual teas themselves.

You should not hesitate in trying a few (if not more) and if you need help in connecting let me know.

Great company with awesome people providing you and me with the best teas around. Wait till you see their next offerings!

What lovely quality teas which are beautifully presented, looseleaf really does make a difference

Good tea, good prices

I have now tasted most of iTeaworld's offerings and have been seriously impressed. The best of their teas rank alongside the best I have ever had, even competition grade teas, but at affordable prices. Even their most humble teas compare favorably to any of our local specialty tea shops. I have now served their teas to many dozens, if not hundreds of experienced tea lovers and members of the tea industry at festivals and focused tasting events, and the teas have always been very well received.

iTeaworld offers more than just tea—it provides an opportunity to explore authentic Chinese tea culture. I was drawn to their focus on old tea trees and sustainable practices, which resonate with my values. The teas I’ve tried so far have a depth of flavor that speaks to their quality and careful sourcing.

One standout for me was their wild oolong, which revealed subtle layers with each brew—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The packaging is well-thought-out, keeping the tea fresh and adding an elegant touch.

Customer service was attentive and made the entire process smooth, from ordering to delivery. What impressed me most is their transparency about the origins and methods behind their teas, which gives me confidence in what I’m buying.

If you're looking to step into the world of premium Chinese teas, iTeaworld is worth your attention.

iteaworld's tea is beautifully packaged and tastes great. It's great to be able to buy tea of this quality in North America!
