Ordered a hooded parka one day, it arrived the next morning, before I was dressed. Lovely coat and lovely and warm. The hood is great too.

I recently chose a swimsuit on Isme. As I wasn't sure about the sizes I was hesitant to order the item. Isme makes it easy. "You want to try on more than one item? no problem - simply return your unwanted items" is the gist of their message. On this basis I ordered 2 different sizes. From order to delivery I was kept informed of the status of my order. As it happens the swimsuits didn't look right on me and I had to return them. Again no problem; a simple returns process and speedy refund of my money ensued. Thank you Isme for a stress free shopping experience.

First time we have used isme and never again. We have been sent 3 mouldy items and are still waiting for a response after nearly 4 weeks. No apology, refund, or reply to countless emails and phone calls.
Avoid this company like the plague!!!!

I have been shopping with isme for over a year now. I have just tried to sign in to my Account, but apparently now they have never heard of me now!!!!!

Paid for an order a month ago and it still has not been delivered. Multiple enquiries have resulted in either being asked if the item has arrived yet (it hasn't) or being told to wait a little longer. No explanation or apology has been given. E-mails take two days to get a response despite promises of a response within six hours. Telephone advisors are ill-informed and unhelpful - simply respond by telling me I will be e-mailed in the next few days with an answer. Will never order with them again. Utterly disgusted.

Called customer service and they claim my account has been closed yet I opened same day!!!! Rude customer service as well, no help whatsoever. DEFINITELY NOT USING AGAIN!!!!! Only gave one star coz I cant give a minus.

been dealing with Isme for about 2 years or more never had a problem, Ordered a wall fire on line 19,30 it was delivered 10,30 next day, how quick is that.Vicky

Had to speak to 4 separate agents over the course of 3 days to process a simple request by making it as awkward as possible. Accidentally charged me interest then a penalty for not paying it then sent me a statement to tell me all this. (I don't check my Isme account daily!) Couldn't process a payment. Provided a non-existent bank account number. A frustrating experience.

A surprising and poor way to deal with customers given the levels of competition in the online market.

This companies customers service is the worst I have ever come across, it took that long to order an item it went out of stock, I then complained and got nonsensical emails in return, if you do speak to a service Advisor they seems like they have been trained in being the most unhelpful miserable service Advisors ever.

Tried to contact customer services. After trolling through all the options I waited patiently to be put through to an adviser only to have the call disconnected, So I tried again. Eventually getting an adviser who didn't listen to my complaint and kept my on hold whilst she dealt with someone else! Eventually she placed my order and charged me for delivery which should have been free!! I had to go through the whole process again and speak with a different adviser who, after placing me on hold for 8 minutes says she has sorted the cost out but i would need to check my account in 48 hours. When I asked if she would reimburse the cost of the call (as the mistake was isme's fault) she hung up on me!! Disgusting

Forced to put all the details to setup an account even to purchase using a bank card only to be told my application has been rejected.

The bed linen arrived almost before we ordered them. No local shop could have ben quicker.

I ordered a coat for my daughter to wear on a school trip to Germany a month in advance thinking this would be plenty of time to receive it. When it didn't arrive and after I checked the status of the order (It just said dispatched from warehouse and nothing else), I sent an email. All they said was to contact them again if I hadn't gotten it by a certain date. When I hadn't received it still, I sent another email and received an automated message back saying they'd get in contact me within six working hours. NINE working hours later and I am still waiting for a reply. My daughter goes in five days and doesn't have a coat.
Terrible service.

Great range of products, easy to use website, but a bit pricey but helps when you want to spread the cost

Isme, very, littlewood Take 3 and dont pay interest is a con! Be Aware!! they will add interest and dont have clue when you call their call center. STAY AWAY don't get deceived.
