I wish I could give a much lower rating than I have. This company is absolute rubbish. They took nearly 4 weeks, and countless e mails to send me out the completely wrong order. Avoid at all costs.

Fast delivery, excellent product
Ordered a Robert Patterson iPhone case for my girlfriend as its her birthday coming up. I had never used the site before and had experience in the past when using other sites that delivery times can be a while. So I ordered giving plenty of time so that my order came through before her birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to see my order arrive 2 days after my purchase giving me plenty of time to wrap up the present.

Efficient Customer Service!
From placing my initial order I received a phone call and several emails from ishoppe informing me of when my order was going to be delivered. They even pin pointed an approx delivery time between 4.30 and 5.30pm and sure enough my order turned up at 4.40pm!! All the emails & text were probably a bit OTT but I certainly can't fault ishoppe for their effective communication and customer service. Thanks!!

I noticed one of ishoppe's pretty digi photo frames when I searched on Google shopping. For just under £30, it was a bargain and would've made a brilliant present for my sister's birthday. With 6 in stock, I thought it was very very likely that I would recieve it within the next 5 days, as stated when I ordered. I ordered at around midnight on a Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday passed and I still hadn't had an e-mail to say my order had been processed. I got an e-mail Friday evening saying there were none left in stock and they weren't expecting another shipment of them. By this time it was too late to buy anything else online, as her birthday was Monday, so I had to pay £80 for one from a shop. Absolutely terrible customer service, I won't be buying from here again.

We deeply apologise you did not receive the item you had ordered and were unhappy with our service.
We received the order you had placed on Tuesday, September 21 when our business opened on Webnesday morning, September 22. Upon checking the stock and other orders dispatched the previous day, we realised that we had sold-out of the photoframes with the flower design that was ordered by you. We had then contacted you over the phone number provided in your order form. As we could not get you directly, we left a voice message offering you an alternate photoframe. When we did not hear back from you until the afternoon on Wednesday, we sent you an email with therse same details at 2pm. It is quite unfortuante our email and voice message did not reach you in time.
Apart from our online business, we also receive customer orders through the phone and also directly through people who walk into our showroom. It can sometimes happen that a product gets sold-out quite quickly through these various selling channels. Unfortuantely, the item you ordered was a high-selling product as we had offered a great discounted price on it. By the time your ordered was received and put into process, we had sold-out.
Our apologies we could not be of service to you for the photoframe but we sincerely hope you will patronise our shop once again.

Despite making an incorrect entry in my delivery address, problem was rectified promptly and delivery was still prompt. Correspondence was timely and feedback given precise.

Quality products and fast service
I bought a roasting pan through ishoppe. Best price I could find on the internet and I was very happy with what i received. No fuss service and received the item very quickly. Was well packed and very happy with the whole transaction. Not sure how they go with larger electronic good but from the small purchase that I made I would Recommend.

It is simply to much trouble to ship these back for a refund etc.

i got the morph desk buddy, as i was a fan of the show when i was a kid,
it said flexy but tbh its not, i expected a rubber toy that you could pose in any way just like morph dose but its too hard for that its hard to even bend his hands etc
but it was sent to me fast and got here on time so no complaints there

ordered a wet and dry vacuum and when it came it was a dry vac.
i needed them to collect it but they couldnt collect it so i had to post it with my own money and never got postage refunded.
