Delivery was prompt and as they predicted. I was kept fully informed of the parcels status by e-mail. The only thing is that the package had been opened once before and stuck back with double sided tape. I trust that the cutter is in fact working?

I was a bit wary of using this website as I hadn't heard of it before and the order confirmation email didn't look overly professional, which made me wonder whether the transaction would go smoothly but it arrived at the delivery address within the specified time and the person I sent it to said it was well packaged and in perfect condition.

Disappointing as despite product being advertised on website after a few days i was informed that the product was no longer available & they would not be getting any further stock

Very happy with the service. To make it even better I would suggest letting your customers know that they will receive an email re delivery time. Like many people, I don't look at my emails daily and so missed the message and the delivery. However it was rescheduled and I was given an hour slot which is wonderful compared to waiting in all day for other suppliers.

I had a problem with this purchase as the original item, sent by Royal Mail, didn't arrive. This resulted in several emails from me asking what had happened to my purchase. Everything possible to resolve this was done by the staff and I was twice phoned to explain what the situation was and what was being done to get a steam generator to me. My sole treason for not awarding five stars is the delay I had in getting the item and is perhaps unfair as the fault appears to lie with the delivery and not with anyone at Ishoppe.

I ordered a Kenwood kitchen machine KM023, for about 500 £. Everything went well during the ordering process. But next day I received a mail that Ishoppe, was not allowed to sell the machine to people outside UK. Restiction from Kenwood - apparently. Is that legal to deny sale to some EU-residents. ??? I live in Denmark...

If Ishoppe had written on their website, that they only sell this machine in UK - I wouldnt have spent time on trying to order it. So only 2 stars...

The items arrived on time, and I received a message 30 minutes before arrival that the goods would be delivered within the next hour. Once I received the goods, I received a confirmation that the goods had been delivered. What prompt service!!
