I wish I could give a much lower rating than I have. This company is absolute rubbish. They took nearly 4 weeks, and countless e mails to send me out the completely wrong order. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling service
Ordered item for immediate delivery. Told a problem with payment and had to re-order but item in stock. Could not take credit card payment over phone and would have to order through website. Item out of stock. Absolutely useless.

Your payment was not cleared by your bank and credit card company, the reason why the item could not be sent to you.
We do not tyake orders over the phone due to security reasons. I am sure you would understand that we would not want your credit card to be uised by somebody else fraudulantly, the reason why we do not charge cards over the phone.
Lastly, items sell-out anytime as this is the holiday season. Regretfully, yours got sold-out before you could place the order again.
Thank you for your kind review for our website but this is really more of your card payment failure than ours.

Will not shop with them again
I ordered a mini oven which I needed urgently so I even paid a bit extra for express delivery from them which was clearly advertised on their website as ''IN STOCK'' and 4 days later I called them to find out when I will receive my mini oven as I hadn't received an email or any correspondence from them letting me know what was happening with my order. I was told that it would be shipped out the same day. The next day I received an email telling me the did not have the item in stock. I wasted 5 days waiting to hear from them and when I finally did it was just to tell me that they didn't even have the item in stock.

We sincerely apologise for the mis-communication of your order. Due to high demand, the status of the item's availability was not updated on our website immediately. This is quite rare and does not happen much at all and we are very sorry for your inconvenience.
Until we can confirm the order can be sent, no credit card is charged and it was the same with your order.

poor delivery
i ordered an item and elected for next day delivery i recieved an email from the courier stating my item would be delivered the next day - five days later i got it

Dear Steven,
We sincerely apologise you did not receive your item the next day but looking at your order you did not elect for NEXT DAY delivery but chose £2.50 as STANDARD DELIVERY.
For orders over £100, we send through DPD courier service which is usually received within 1-2 working days anyway. It is unfortunate that due to weather conditions the couriers were not able to deliver until five days later.
We are happy you finally received your order and are using the item.

The adverse weather conditions currently affecting large parts of the UK have caused some disruption to our collection and delivery services. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and we feel it is imperative to keep you informed of the latest situation in your local area. As a result, the DPD website is being regularly updated to inform you of the postcodes that are most affected. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our collection and delivery services are severely impacted due to adverse weather affecting large areas of the country. As a result we are temporarily unable to offer our proactive one hour window notification service, DPD Predict. In addition, we will not be offering a Saturday delivery service on 4 December. We will resume normal operations as soon as the weather allows however at that stage we will have a significant backlog of parcels. This means that we will continue to experience delivery delays for approximately three days after the weather has cleared.

Wahl Electric Hand Mixer
I finally received the mixer after 2 weeks and having contacted I Shoppe 1 week after order was placed to find out what the delivery problem was.
I received a standard e-mail explaining item would be delivered within 48 - 72 hours.
A week later the mixer arrived.That is two weeks after ordered was placed.
There was no protective packaging other than the original manufactures thin cardboard display box. The supplied "Recipe Ideas" booklet had been jammed into the box, with the result that half the pages were badly creased and damaged.
I would in future buy elsewhere the very small cost saving is not worth the hassle. Amazon were only about 50p more expensive and I have never had a delay or packaging problem with them.

We sincerely apologise for the time it took to get the Hand Mixer out to you. It is not our parctice to have our customer wait two weeks for delivery for any item advertised on our site at all.
If there are any stock issues, we keep our customers informed through email. With the receipt of your order, we had sent you an email immediately advising that we will have more stock of this item in seven days time. It is only after we received your email abck asking for the item, we realised our initial stock advice had not reached you. When the item was with us in a week's tyime it was dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery which usually takes 2-4 working days. Due to the holiday season, Royal Mail has been taking longer to deliver, which is the only reason you received your item one week later.
We again sincerely apologise for not being able to provide you with a satisfactory customer experience. We do hope to be able to serve you better the next time around.
