The worst mystery shopping company ever. They are scammers, took all my points away for a shop the admin canceled! Not me, however I contacted the administrator, and the tech support and got no help! Plus, on top of that they don't pay well! Nothing in the training videos suggested your points can be taken away for nothing! Clowns! 🤡 Pathetic and raggadey business!

I've been working with this company since 2019. They are stripped Ford in their breakfast and always pay. They are my favorite secret shop company to work for because they have easy to understand rules and questionnaires.

So far, so awesome! It is work, but it is fun work, and worth it. I just signed up last month and for one 'shop' to see how it worked, and if it was legit. My husband and I shopped a job on Saturday, and had a BLAST. I submitted my very first report yesterday and was notified today that the report was approved, and payment will be completed within 25 days. I am very happy with the experience both with the organization and the actual experience my husband and I can now count as a great memory!

A pleasure to do assignments for, not as many available as I would like but the ones I have done have been most interesting and enjoyable. Lorna from company had been most friendly and explained any queries I've had and I look forward to doing many more in future.

I did a secret shop for a marketing company that offered a secret shop through iSecretShop, it was for an apartment complex and it went well. They paid in the expected time frame which was 45 days after the completion and everything went smooth. I'm doing my next secret shop at a restaurant, so this could be a nice way to take my wife out to diner and get paid for it. They do ask that I pay for everything and they will repay later, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes as well as it did this time.

I was working an assignment which isecretshop calls a mission through Mystery Shoppers Services as a scanner for Costco. There was a problem with the mission scanner that Mystery Shopper Services uses so I ended up using the scanner on isecretshop app. The scanner was giving me problem as soon as I walked into Costco I contacted support and they weren't able to do much to assist me and the person that was helping scan so I typed in the upc code and allowed my help to scan using my phone until we were able to get the other persons phone to scan the items. We finished and I personally submitted scans from each phone. Isecretshop stated the amount of scans received were 1145 which is incorrect more than 1145 was scanned on 1 one phone the other phone scanned 1087. The total on both phones was 2224. When I contacted isecretshop I was told that there was no way for me to pull up the scan history to prove that I completed the above amount the company I was contracted through offered for me to complete the assignment that I already completed the next day but I couldn't go back to the store because my child was sick. So to defuse the situation Mystery Shoppers Services was kind enough to offer to pay me for the scans they received but that means I'm still out of almost $90.00 and when I spoke to isecretshop the manager was extremely rude. Of course I would like to get paid for my work but even if I don't I want it to go on record this company is unprofessional and the scanner they have needs to be updated to provide security for the people using it.

Been associated with the company for several years. Always found them to be honest, dependable and legitimate. Would highly recommend.

I’ve done multiple shops for this app. I have gotten 2 request denied. This time randi did not want to approve a case where it ask to write a description about the manager. No where in the description said to provide age and height. when I did see the message and send the information the case was denied and she didn’t not help the cause. After I even provides receipts and all the pictures as a requirement. This really sucks after spending over $70 and driving over 30 minutes for this shop.

Bad experience. Spent my time and money to do a shop and left a very detailed report that filled every requirement and more. They looked for reasons to not reimburse the shop and had poor customer service in regard to this experience.

I have been a mystery shopper with Isecretshop for 4 years. I have always been able to communicate with someone when needed in a timely manner (keep in mind, not everyone is available immediately). As long as I follow the directions provided, I always get paid.

Great company plenty of opportunities and I always get paid for my work.

WARNING!!! DO NOT make an account on this website!!! They’re sketchy as hell, and you can’t delete your account!!! You can’t even edit you profile to try to delete the information, if you try a message pops up saying you have to send a picture of your government ID!!!!!! I sent out a request to have my account deleted and have gotten no response!!!!! They’re trash, stay away from them it’s a SCAM!!!!!!!!
