My delivery arrived quick and safe. My lantern was packaged really well and especially because it was glass the company had put a lot of effort into protecting it preventing any damage. The lantern itself is beautiful and will be a great addition to my campervan.

We bought the modern farmhouse table for our first home and we absolutely LOVE it, it looks a lot more expensive than what we paid! It was exactly what I wanted, after searching for a table and being put off by next prices etc I’m so glad we got this one as it’s 100% nicer than any other I’ve seen if you’re after this style. I was hesitant as it’s a lot of money to spend from a company that’s only online as hadn’t seen it in person, but took the risk as all the trust-pilot reviews were good and it was so worth it :) it’s the sort of table I’d like to keep for a long long time it’s that nice, so I hope it lasts well!

Only negative which isn’t the companies fault, is the delivery company they use, I left a bad review for them as the driver was rude and unhelpful, turned up 2 hours before the agreed slot and made out our slot time was wrong (it wasn’t, I phoned to check beforehand twice, he just wanted to get home earlier on a Sunday) then he suggested leaving it outside in the pouring rain.. when we told him we’d be half an hour he had already knocked on a neighbour's door and left them with a giant table in their hallway, luckily.. they didn’t mind!

Although there was a delay in delivery I was kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble finding out about the delay and organising a delivery ASAP the delivery company used were also great friendly and took the delivery through to the back garden couldn't of askedfor more

Purchased the Kettler Palma (mini) excellent product delivered quickly and in stock. Will return as and when highly recommend

After a stressful experience finding a dining table for our new home, we found the Urban extending table which we absolutely loved. The table was delivered sooner than the expected delivery date and the quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I have had a outside sofa set for less than 1 year and the tabletop became faulty. I emailed IOL twice, first time with pictures of the fault. I received an acknowledgement and an email to say they would be in contact within 2 weeks. Having had no contact during this period I emailed again and no response. Now over 3 months since the first email no response! The set cost over £3k so I would expect it to last more than 1 year. Very dissatisfied at this stage with this company.
