I would not accept having Mackenzie if he happen to be dealing with your sale. I ordered on the 18th January and got my car yesterday. The communication has been terrible and Mackenzie has been very rude and abrupt. We was calling weekly/fortnightly just for an update but Mackenzie didnt like us to call for an update and I was told I don't advise you calling again, we will call you when it is ready. There is no harm in phoning now and again for some sort of update. I was due to collect the car on the 8th April (Mackenzie gave that date) they then got an email on the 2nd of April to tell them the car won't be ready until the 16th April. However I arrived on the 8th to collect as told too and obviously the car wasn't ready but no phone call/email to let me know which takes a matter or 2 minutes and he had from the 2nd April- 8th to call. So i did a 25 minute drive to collect and it wasn't available. Then I was told to collect on the 16th and was sat 2hrs waiting for the car. The lady that was originally dealing with my purchase was very nice, Mackenzie chose to take the order of mine off her to deal with himself. Whilst sat there for 2hrs a young man Bobby was his name, he was very nice, kept coming over to see if we were ok and wanted drinks. I can't praise him enough, really nice man! Please ask for someone else to deal with your order if yu get Mackenzie
