I started this course a few weeks before the corona virus started. A friend who was on it recomend I attend as am intrested in starting my own buisness am also a qualified nurse & this course has saved me. It came at a time when I needed guidence most John is an amazing inspiring coach with a wealth of knowledge he has a brilliant way of teaching and I fee; an amazing natural ability to engage with anybody no matter what their background; He has passion for what he does & this shines through in his coaching. Am meeting some amazing people on the course who also inspire me. Although I've only been on it a few weeks I feel my confidence has grown, am much more positive, am learning skills that I can utilise in my job other staff have also noticed a difference in me in my opinion every nurse should be put through this course & the beauty of it is what you learn you can apply to any aspect of your life. I adore this course so much am using what I learn as a foundation basis for my future life and am so excited to see where this journey will take me.

The ICA and the courses run by John Haynes are both instructive and inspirational. John has the ability to connect with students at every level and I am proud to have achieved the standard required for a Master Coach.

For students not used to self presentation or any form of public speaking, the supportive nature of the course evidently builds student confidence whilst also providing a valuable education. Anyone looking to change their life direction, start a new career, bolster their confidence, improve accelerated learning skills and understand how others think, I highly recommend the ICA courses to them.

I did the Master Coach programme in 2016. Two years later, I still like to attend it when I have time. It is not only the things you learn, it is the better person you become both in the professional and personal areas of your life. In addition, the people you meet, business contacts and some of them now also friends.

Since I am a certified Master Coach, I am delivering coaching workshops, and this is just the beginning.

This is a must !
I did all five of the modules from the academy and I can honestly say that it changed my life.
I now look at situations from a different perspective, I look both logically, personally, commercially and strategically at all aspects of my business life and this new outlook has been a revelation.
