3 Ceiling panels arrived damaged, company sent out 4 more even though I only asked for 3, 3 of the new bat h were damaged. Had enough to get job done but now left to get rid of damaged panels

Unfortunately IPS were initially out of the panels I wanted but Adam and was very helpful in sending samples and keeping me updated.
I’m very pleased with the panels, time will tell of course.
Despite the couple of hiccups, the professional way my order was dealt with definitely deserves 5 stars.

Very good communication, and prompt delivery of the wall panels, trims and adhesive/mastic. Enough information provided to install the panels. Re-panelling our bathroom is being done in stages, and a further order will be placed soon to complete the job. Good quality materials. Recommended.

Great customer service. I had an issue with damaged packaging . Paul was great and allayed my concerns while I checked the panels for damaged, he also sent me replacements for items not initially received and so avoided delaying the work going ahead. Will certainly be purchasing more from them

The bathroom panels are as expected and really good quality and reasonably priced. Only downside was the delivery. Two days late and when arrived just left in the front garden on the grass without knocking on the door to advise of delivery. Overall happy with the goods

Ordered panels which were delivered today. On opening i loved how they looked but unfortunately 2 out of the 3 were broken. The boxes were damaged at the point of break so must have been broken through transit. Contacted the company, explained and straight away they ordered new ones to be delivered in a few days. No hassle, no quibble, just sorted which I found to be so refreshing and professional. Even though there is tape saying 'Fragile' the boxes were bashed with no protection inside to prevent breakages. Maybe wrap them in bubble wrap or similar to try prevent this happening? All in all happy with the service and the boards look great. Thank you

Very good, arrived just in time for me to start the job when it was needed. Straight forward on the specs of the item and overall quality of the material was solid.

Happy with the service of the company they take the goods to the back of the house for my wife not like some other company that leave it at the front and refuse to take it to the back.

Supplied quickly and fulfilled request. Would have been useful to know that material had been dispatched and arrival time as this could have caused some problems if I hadn't been in.

Really chuffed with the kitchen splashback. Put straight over the tiles and transformed the kitchen. Really smart. Delivery was within a week and the driver was really helpful and friendly too. Any questions I had were answered within 24hrs via email. Great customer service. Thank you
