Great products at a great price qith superb durability.

I ordered a front and rear Integy sway bars fir a traxxas x maxx. The front went on with out issue. The rear does not even come close to fitting the x maxx. I searched all over the net for photos or instructions. Absolutely nothing. I have studied the parts over and there is no way to install. NO WAY. I hope to be proved wrong, but I doubt it. There are is no info on the Integy site. I would not buy their products again.

One for the front and one of the rear fell apart after 2 runs.. i would never buy or recommend anything from integy.. all show,no go and broke if you dont go slow..

I have ordered a few times from Integy, I haven't had any problems from the parts I ordered. But the shipping times, shipping rules and no real way to contact customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have 2 day shipping, but you won't receive it in 2 days, so why pay extra for a service you will not get. I have had good luck with the parts I have ordered for my 1/5 scale. Would I recommend them? Yes, as long as you're not in a hurry to get your parts.

Half of there crap doesn't fit. Look nice as individual parts, but don't plan on actually using them. Poor product designs with no test fitment before mass production, and take FOREVER to process.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Bought a xmaxx plow in November before I left the hobby shop Kramer's toy and hobby in Albertville Minnesota I noticed a bolt with no stamping done it was just a flat no allen head so they swapped it out. Mid December we finally got
.25 inch of snow took it down to the smooth ice that was covered in this snow. Ran for 15 mins just see if it would work well it did for 10 to 12 mins then I realized the plow wasn't going up. Instructions are very vague I didn't know if I put what shims I got in right so I brought it up . Noticed 1 shock rod broke and the plow was not going down . Here it is now in December and they are saying they can't send parts out due to back order and they have to send the whole shock then I find out I should have recieved washers and 4 more hatted shims . Integy is a very shady company no customer service number only email half the time I don't think they understand english and the product they sell so my advice buy anything other then from them 15 years ago they were great now bottom of the barrel. Product has no quality control and customer service is unknown

Iv been building a traxxas slash 4x4 an am getting all parts possible from integy as they fit amazingly are good strong parts an postage time is amazing to uk

I've bought motor mount for my HPI Savage X 4.6 that I converted to electric brushless motor 3674 2650kv and it fits nicely without lots of modification. Delivery to Japan took's about two weeks but I received it without any problem. Good quality product. 🤗🤗🤗

Great quality unmatched manufacturer of high quality products rc upgrades have purchased Integy products many times from various vendors. Back orders and next restock date is clearly stated at time of purchase ..

I would give them 0 stars but can't. I order shocks at the beginning of may. The sent them out to me towards the end of may. Ok long shipping but I got them. One of the shocks is broke. You can clearly see that its is broke through the bag they sent it in. I place a ticket with them. They acknowledged they ticket(END OF MAY)So I waited & waited...nothing I check my ticket & now it dont even exist anymore. I've used the same email I used before to try & get ahold of them...now all of a sudden the email is invalid!!! This place is a joke!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Terrible shipping. Ordered something at the beginning of July and it hasn't shipped yet. Contacted them multiple X and nothing. I'll never order from them again.

I ordered a aluminum wheelie bar June 1st of 2020 it is now June 18th I still have not received any shipping information at all this place is sorry. I will
never order anything from Integy again. They have no contact information whatsoever this place is a scam

I made two purchases from this website. One was 9 days ago. Nothing has shipped yet. Apparently I didn't notice that they are using Covid 19 as an excuse to take 6 to 9 days to process an order. Why does it take 9 days to take an item off the shelf and mail it. Ive been spending thousands of dollars all over the internet during this pandemic and this is the first company that needs an extra 6 to 9 days to do their job. I should have realized how bad they must suck that arent willing to offer an email address or a phone number for customer assistance. NEVER AGAIN INTEGY!

Customer service is god awful. Got sent a broken part so I sent it back because it was under warranty. Little did I know they didnt have any more of the parts and they have been pushing the ETA of a restock back for 8+ months. Eventually I got a refund. Too bad it's in store credit. Wont be using this company ever again

I have very good experience with this company. Excellent product, no issue whatsoever. Email them couple times and got answers quick, good customer serivce.

i ordered some integy parts which fail rather fast, I tried giving them another chance and ordered some othwr part. color was not the same as advertised. awful, costumer service, impossible to get in touch with rhem over the phone and have you tried looking on their website for reviews of parts? that's right none. i tried leaving a review marked it 1 star because of the crappy material and when i hit post, the system aitomatically made my 1 srar review a 5 star. what a joke.
my review never posted . stay away from them they are awful. and their costumer service is a nightmare. you're better off spending your mony somewhere else.

As a whole i love Integy, i have been using Integy parts for many years, i have quite a few RC trucks all decked put in integy upgrades, i have one of the fastest Tmaxx's in the world and part of the reason is the integy Parts help it stay planted at over 100 mph. As with any business there may be some hiccup along the line, but integy always came thru in the end. i have been and will continue to be an Integy customer for a long time.
