Unforgettable trip to Southern Sulawesi thanks to Marianna and Eny it's been a wonderful experience!! Planning the trip was easy and fast even if i'm really exigent. Our guides was helpful and professional and drivers too. I would highly recommend IG to friends!!

Amazing experience!! From the planning of the trip, great advice and openness to our particular interests! Our itinerary included unique experiences, that helped us know Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand beyond the very touristy visits. Guides were extremely nice, helpful and professional. It was nice to have some flexibility during our trips too. Very good drivers. I would highly recommend IG to friends!!

I could not have dreamed of a better organised and better delivered trip of a life time!

I had never been to Costa Rica nor any other Central American country before. I chose to go because of a volunteering project in the south on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica and the volunteering project finished in early December so I had 2 further weeks to fill as holiday.

I am so glad I found Insight Tours and Guides. From the word go they communicated with me in an intelligent honest and imaginative way. They listened and they put together something well paced which took me to the main national parks and to 3 distinct landscapes; the coast on the Caribbean Sea; the volcanoes and mountains and then the coast on the Pacific side.

My hotels were breath-takingly beautiful so too the parks because of my knowledgable guides. Service everywhere was first class but also friendly and humane.

I was constantly in tears of amazement at the spectacular scenery and flora and fauna and especially when I saw baby turtles crawling across the sand to the sea one sunset in Tourtugera! But also when I saw Toucans and Macaws giant butterflies and tiny frogs; not to mention sloths and herons, caymens and Jesus Christ lizards.

But more than all this - if there can be something more than being in Paradise - was the spirit of each Costa Rican person I met during this trip from the receptionist at the hotels to the bell hop carrying my case to the personal guide who showed me the beautiful animals and natural habitats that support them. Spirited striving hard working and warm hearted!

We recommend this tour company highly. They did an excellent job of helping us to plan our private tour with good choices about what to do and quick & accommodating responses when we suggested changes. The pre-departure info was clear, accurate and helpful. Their logistics were terrific -- hotels were great, guides met us at the airport as expected, drivers were safe and always ready with water and cold hand wipes. There were several activities that they included -- such as Mekong delta tour, lunch at Princess's house, Hue street-food tour -- that would be difficult to arrange as an independent traveler and were all enjoyable and informative about the local culture. Guides all spoke English well, and were willing to discuss anything we asked about. They were also willing to make small changes on the spot. We did not have any food allergies but they were careful to check before any arranged meals. We have done a lot of traveling, both independently and on tours. This tour fully met our expectations and seemed to be the perfect way to experience this part of the world.

My trip to Vietnam was one that I will never forget for the rest of my life, and it was only made possible by the staff at insight guides. Literally the best tour company I have ever dealt with (and I have used serveral in the past). They fulfilled every request of mine and made the process ever so easy. We had a great vacation in South Korea, made possible by the team at Insight Guides! We were a family of 5 adults traveling for the first time (for 3/5) to S Korea. My brother and I were taking my mother to her birth country, which she had never been to since coming to the US 60 years ago. We saw a lot of the country on the itinerary developed by IG and it was a perfect mix of planned tours and free time. Having a driver and an English speaking guide was needed for all of us to be able to enjoy the trip and they were all great. We took care of most of the lodging but the two hotels that IG recommended were very good. I would definitely use IG again when traveling to a new country. It helped us maximize the experience and appreciate what the country has to offer.
