Good value very small machine works well. 2nd monitor via usb has been a little troublesome though.

I Was looking for a computer to do 4K video editing, I thought I knew what I was looking for until I had spoken to James. He pointed me in the right direction and custom built what I required. I am so please I took his valuable advise. I now have something that is certainly doing what I need and also upgradable if required later on..The customer service from these guys are second to non ! Great little PC delivered in 3 days. Rather than delay delivery there were some minor upgrades in the specs, which was much appreciated. Just had to push the on button and was up and running.

Purchased the Intel I5 16 GB RAM 256GB SSD fanless pc nearly 3 years ago and it hasn't missed a beat. Quality construction, very neat and no fan noise!!!! Great!
Very quick to boot up and pretty fast. ( Apart from browsing, streaming and general use I use it for photo post processing and HD video editing.)
Help from Inside-Tech in terms of the original spec was great and recent advice about upgrading the SSD was equally very helpful.

I had not bought a computer for almost 12 years and I made some mistakes in choosing my next one. Inside tech were incredibly helpful in helping me chose the correct product. if you are like me phone them first before you make your final choice. Very happy with the PC I now have.

Bought a fanless mini with Windows 10 and dual boot with the lovely Linux Mint.
Firstly the build quality is superb, had all the ports I could ask for and I am so delighted with it I have just ordered from Inside Tech the same again but only with Mint. Would recommend the Company and the product... Am Delighted

After not getting a response to my three earlier messages I’ve revised my earlier review in response to genuine efforts from James to find out what happened. Something went wrong somewhere but I’m sure James is passionate about the company and I’m willing to accept that it was not a genuine lack of interest in customer enquirers.

I have recently bought a Mini-ITX Desktop PC by Inside-Tech, and I have really enjoyed the final version that arrived this week. Excellent service, very nice and clean built with good cable management and nice packaging for the long international shipping.I have only good things to say for James and his team; Excellent customer service, via phone and email with an under-the-hour turnover on replies irrespective of weekdays (even on Saturdays!). I wholeheartedly recommend this small company - they go the extra mile, and we should help them grow as much as possible! Inside-Tech are, from now, my first choice for future buys, and I will spread the word as much as I can! Just keep up the top-notch services you are offering. For future choices, I would love to see more financing possibilities to break payments in instalments - you could check if this is something that can be done. At any rate, kudos to James and Co.!
