We recently moved our mobile contracts to a new provider and the process was handled efficiently and effectively. Our business has consolidated it's entire IT and Telecoms managment and support to Inreach and we've had a brilliant onboarding and setup experience throughout the process. The assistance provided to individual users within our business has been applauded and Inreach support (particularly from Eliot and Jake) has been greatly appreciated, with raised tickets being answered within minutes and not within hours as was our experience with our previous providers.
Thoroughly recommended.

We moved from standard line rental telephony system to using VoIP in March 2021.
After a long research process we decided to go with InReach. Emily, our Account Manager, was very kind, patient and helpful during the entire process. She answered all my questions, set up demo sessions and did everything that she can to accommodate all our needs. Thank you very much for sticking with us.
Akeem helped us set up the system from scratch and he was very kind to provide me with one to one training on how to use the system as an admin and as an user.
We experienced some problems with the sound and Akeem and Eliot spend a lot of time with myself and our IT department to get to the bottom of the problem and solve it. Everything was solved in the end and we are now happy users of the Horizon VoIP system.

InReach recently took over our IT support at The British Polio Fellowship and everyone on the team have been excellent and they have gone above and beyond to ensure our systems are working well all the time. We have recently experienced problems with our server, and they dealt with the matters quickly and professionally. What I really liked is they way they kept us updated through the whole process. They are proactive with our IT support and work with us to make sure our system stay robust. Well done to all at InReach and a MASSIVE thank you to you all.

We had 6 MFD's installed on 19th May2021 - the setup was the easiest setup ever!. Two very polite and professional guys arrived and got us up and running quickly. They talked us through the printer processes and were really knowledgeable.

Absolutley amazing service!
We have been a customer of InReach (easy copiers) for decades. Lily, our account manager, is a credit to the company. She is always on hand and brings a welcome lighter note to the world of sales. The companies ability to act fast and solve any issues or breakdowns is brilliant.
We have enjoyed working with them so much that we have decided to transfer our phone system support and management to them.
I would have no trouble recommending this company...and Lily!... to anyone.

We've used Inreach (specifically Terry Pearce - our Account Manager) for many years now and I really can't fault the service in any way. We've upgraded our machines a couple of times along the way and we have never had one concern to raise with them.
The engineers arrive on time and issues (very rare) are dealt with quickly.
Terry keeps in touch on a regular basis, and there's nothing "salesy" about the contact - only ever there if he's needed.
I would 100% recommend Inreach.
