Worst experience. They cheat. The company had promised me that they would deliver it on the date I request. Despite that they claim that they have delivered it 2 days earlier but I haven't received any package. When I ask them they don't respond at all but they were all prompt to reply when I had to order mattress. Now, I am at a great loss both by money and product because of their negligence and they don't even come forward for a compromise or refund or replacement.

This mattress is not good quality, if you complain, they try to give you 50 percent discount and ask for a good review.

Wouldn't buy from them ever again. Customer service is terrible. Brought a hybrid mattress August 2022, been rotating the mattress every month. Made a compliant November last year about defined sagging. They offered a replacement, I said no thanks, would like a refund. They then offered 50% refund, I accepted, then they said the time frame has gone so I couldn't have it. Then they offered me 4 pillows, declined, offered then a mattress topper, declined again. Next email another topper offered, declined. Then yesterday I bent and asked for a replacement, email came back offering 30% discount off the replacement. I'm appalled I'm stuck with a mattress thats defective and they wont do anything about it. Never never buy from them.

The customer service is shocking! Firstly, they don’t make it very clear on how to submit a returns request. There is no phone number to contact anyone so all done via email. We were sent a super king instead of a double. When we went to look for a refund/replacement as their website states a “100 night hassle free money back guarantee”, it was the furthest from hassle free I’ve ever experienced. Emails back and forth suggesting they give us 20% back and we can sell it privately, then 50%, then 80%. Not 100% until I threatened legal action. And to top it off still left with the nuisance of getting rid of the mattress as they didn’t collect it. The mattress itself seemed pretty firm and we would have considered actually getting in the right size only for the hassle we encountered. As long as you don’t want to return it or decide the mattress is not right for you then go ahead and buy but my overall experience made me feel like we bought into a scam!!

They don’t honor their warranty; nor do they respond to the emails (no telephone numbers!) needing help with warranty's….

Ordered a mattress, shipped in a day, never turned up and out of the blue got a message that it's been refunded. No reasons given. At least it's been refunded....

Speedy delivery, well presented packaging. It’s only just arrived so is standing in the hall to fully expand. My only concern is that I can feel springs all around edges and they continue right to the very top of mattress, so where are the top 5 layers that they show are on top of the springs/coils ?

Surprised when the box turned up but then like magic it turned into a really comfortable mattress.

Great mattress. Very firm but I’m so soft full body. It eased my back pain dramatically. Reasonable price. Would recommend anyone to buy it.

Dont be fooled by the pictures on the website, the mattresses look nothing like the photos, I got it in a box, did not use it for 72 hours so I could let it breathe.
It looks cheap, It feels cheap, the layers of foam mentioned does not exist you can only feel the coil spring. If you are spending the money, spend a little more and get yourself something better.

The mattress was delivered very quickly and the product itself is very high quality. The memory foam quality and the softness of the mattress makes it very comfortable, very comfortable for sleep. The packaging was really intuitive since just opening the bag it was stored in and unfolding it made the mattress almost instantly expand. This allowed for minimal set up hassle. Super impressed with this product, would definitely recommend.

I am writing this review because (a) I was a little nervous ordering and (b) having received the mattress imagine there are hundreds of happy customers who haven’t left a review and only the customers and who have had a bad experience have left one.

Honestly, I was a little nervous ordering so I used my credit card. I did some research on the company and I suppose because “Whatmattress” featured them I thought it must be kosher.

I ordered direct from Inofia website (single hybrid for teenager) and used a discount code.

The order confirmation email duly came but there was no tracking number.
I tried to call the telephone number on their website and it was not connecting. A little bit of panic!

Then 2 days later the mattress turned up!

It was just left on my doorstep whilst I was out back so don’t even know who delivered it!

Anyway the mattress itself is lovely for the £150 mark. We have a range of mattresses in our house including a John Lewis £2k mattress.

The inofia appears well built, very good quality and comfortable and I would be very happy to sleep on it.

I’d love to see a better single mattress for £150!!

My advice would be that to use Amazon (if prices same) and use a credit card.
