Using inniAccounts as a contractor
A colleague recommended inniAccounts to me when I needed to make a decision about getting an accountant in place. The inni online software is very easy on the eye and not complicated to understand so I signed up after he gave me a demo. I also checked on youtube for some of there 'how to' short clips.
I have been with inni ever since. The Customer support is very good and I get same day email replies and in all cases, issues are resolved if any, main clarification needed on my part. I have the ability to Import my bank statements monthly and a live cash feed/dashboard is visible once you log in so no complicated menu structures in the software.
Quick entries can me made for expenses and all related tax docs are online in my inni area.
When it comes to Invoicing too you can select dates easily and create pdf invoices effortlessly. So end to end processes/ tasks are a breeze using inni.
I will continue using inni and I cherish the customer service I get with inni.
