TO7115 multipack cassettes received from you did not fit my printer DX4400. As I did not use them immediately I realised it was too late to return them. eg the nozzles did not match the cassettes that we normally use.

We have checked and cannot see any contact from yourself in relation to this issue.
I can see this is your first time buying the compatible cartridges from us for your Epson printers and I suspect you did actually receive the correct item for your printer, despite the differences you noticed between a previous suppliers cartridges and ours.
We sell Patent Free cartridges for Epson printers so as to not infringe upon their patents. For this reason, our design may appear to be different to other cheaper compatible cartridges you may have used in the past, but they are fully designed and tested to work as normal.
We always urge customers to get in touch regarding any problem they may have, regardless of if they think they are outside any return period. If these cartridges didn't work for any reason and we worked with you to perform any diagnosis, you're fully covered by our 12 month guarantee.
Unfortunately, there is little we can do after any cartridges are thrown away which is a shame as we notice you awarded us a 5* review back in 2019 and I'm sure we could have assisted again if contacted.

No-one does it better - to quote a cracking song!
Over the years, I've ordered from quite a few ink cartridge vendors, but honestly, since I began to order from "Inkredible" I am very unlikely to change vendors, now! Inkredible are "incredible!" They keep a record of your printer and account, so as soon as you return to order more, all the products for your printer appear on screen. My order for a full set of cartridges plus an two extra Black, was accomplished in a couple of minutes, paid for and expected arrival notified - the Thursday after Christmas (2023). Try them. I doubt you'll find better! (PS: I have nothing to do with Inkredible except as a vey satisfied customer, and this Review has been written by me, not by 'AI' of "Uncle Tom Cobbly"! :-)

Dreadful company.
I rang, rang, rang, rang and rang - 12 times. Nobody could be bothered to answer.
I tried to reduce my order by 1 cartridge, but nobody replied to my email. I sent it about 20 minutes after I sent the 1st email.
Totally disgusted with this company especially as I was a first time new customer.

As an online small/medium family run business with limited numbers of support staff, we can solve 99% of issues very quickly and simultaneously via live chat and email, but with the option to call out to customers where the need requires, to solve other issues.
We do not profess to operate an inbound telephone support service. We do not advertise a telephone number on our website or support section, but understand it may be found online if you search for it, over which we have no control.
Our business hours (9:30am-5:00pm) are stated on our contact us page and we also state there:
"Our telephone line operates on an outbound basis. We operate mainly online via live chat/email - depending on the query."
As you can see below, we solved the issue within 10 minutes of your initial query (by a recognised contact method) and 6 minutes after the team started work.
9:26am You emailed us with a basic query asking how to decrease the order quantity in your basket
9:30am Customer Support team started work
9:36am Customer Support emailed back to advise they had reduced the quantity purchased as requested and refunded the difference on the order total
9:41am You emailed again to advise to cancel the entire order as you were dissatisfied with the service provided.
I'm extremely sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service. We understand that many people may want to call us, but it just isn't an efficient use of time, especially as you can see the problem was resolved within minutes.
With many online companies not providing a response for 24 hours or more, we're very proud of our response times and our ability to assist in a time sensitive manner as we understand customers need to print urgently at times.

Hi,
I completely understand your frustration at the situation you were in, as mentioned on both email and telephone call, regarding your deadline for a report and experiencing one of the cartridges purchased not being recognised when you needed to print.
As explained by our Customer Service team, the cartridges are fully tested and compatible with your printer model with thousands of cartridges for this range sold over a long period of time, but that does not exclude the chance that there may be a recognition issue from time to time. This is the case with any cartridge, including OEM ink, and from any retailer, and we're here to help when that does invariably happen.
After providing possible fixes for the issue, which were unfortunately to no avail, we would normally offer to replace the defective cartridge and we could have done so in time for you to have printed off the report before your deadline.
Unfortunately, you did not wish to continue in dialogue at this point, preferring to leave a Trustpilot review, which you're within your rights to do. This did however prevent us from providing any further assistance or replacement cartridges in a timely manner as you needed them.

Best customer service I've experienced on ANY online shop. Live Chat is brilliant and the staff is always helpful. This review reflects my experience from the last 4 years. I can't recommend this site company enough.
Any issue, they will make it right and products are of great quality (only issues I had were related to my printer, not their products, and they helped anyway!)
