Excellent service went above and beyond what was expected.
I ordered wrong cartridges for my printer, only realised when I installed the first 2 and these weren’t recognised. I emailed ink factory who offered a full refund on the whole order as long as I sent the unused ones back. Refund received as soon as I provided proof of return tracking id.
The correct cartridges are installed now and work great
