They will offer you a better price then claim the phone has defects so expect to receive half of what you were offered.
Then if you decline the offer you will get a second offer from a "senior" assessor.
However the service is shocking, don't expect replies to email and you want contact them.

iPhone posted on Friday 10th Feb, agreed amount in my account today, after seeing the negative reviews I was a sceptical but can honestly say totally impressed on speed of transaction

Scam. Never received an email or return label. No response to emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought my son an iPhone 11 Pro Max. After a couple of months the phone started “ghost” screening, opening random apps and doing its own thing. Phone number for this rubbish company unavailable, completed 4 online forms and sent 3 emails to sort out a repair….Nothing back. Have logged a complaint with the trading standards.

Phone valued at £54 - posted as required.
Finally received email confirming agreed amount for payment in 24 hours.
Payment actually took another 4 days and they do not answer phone calls or emails.
Total process took 8 days.
Would not use again when you see all reviews.

They've stolen my phone.
They offered £54.
I sent the phone. They revised the offer to £35.
I rejected that. Waiting for the phone back.
They then paid me £35. No phone.😡😡

Sent my daughters iPhone that was in great condition but after they received I was sent an offer for half the amount as they said the battery was faulty and had scratches on the screen. I Accept the scratches that were minor but the battery was perfect. I had it sent back took into my local repair shop who confirmed the battery was 100%. I think they get you phone under false pretences and then invent faults in the hope you just accept their offer. Really poor. Stay away

You take your chances with these pirates, don't be be fooled by the comprehensive checks if the phone goes duff they won't want to know....absolute waste of money......con merchants! Be warned...

Nice and prompt customer service. Received the iphone6S the next day. It is working normally after being charged so I am quite happy about the condition of the phone.

Really easy site to use and I'm very pleased with my mobile which is as good as new. It arrived promptly and well packaged. It was probably my fault in overlooking all relevant info but I hadn't realised the phone wouldn't come with a charger so bear in mind that you will need one that's compatible with the phone. A good idea really because most of us have spare chargers lying around at home.

I ordered an Apple iPhone 7 Plus, which arrived faulty. It could not hold a charge above 1%. I returned the phone, but the company is refusing to refund the postage costs. I am £4.99 out of pocket for the pleasure of receiving a phone that could not be used!
