The £90 xl crystal arrived promptly. The only good thing to say about it. The image is a joke, its sits about 2 cm from the bottom, its over exposed, producing a blurred image, no definition, and no 3d effect. it is appallingly bad. id already got a crystal of the exact same image. the existing crystal is breath takingly good, it makes people cry. Putting the two crystals side by side, best way to describe the difference, is one looks like its been produced by an art student, the incrystal one, someone from play school. i dont know how incrystal had the cheek to send it out, where is their pride in their work?

I cannot recommend InCrystal more !! My husband and I just lost our jack Russell of 15 yrs old and I wanted something to give him as a treasured gift of her ! Well the 3D crystal was just perfection !!! I cannot express how wonderful her face came out . My husband cried when I gave it to him . I will definitely be using the company again !! So glad I found them !!
