Great service from the company and the team

Easy ordering, prompt delivery.

Delivery was on time and delivered by a very pleasant person

I was purchasing for a neighbour who is very satisfied with the product.

The product was accurately described and displayed; delivery was as promised. In performance it was comfortable and reliable.

Having the regular order was good with appropriate reminders about when the next delivery.is due.
However, you need to change delivery companies. The previous company - delivered DX - ifI remember was excellent. Evri, in contrast, does not give adequate notice - often only shortly before it is due to be delivered so it is left on the doorstep to be discovered

Easy website to use. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed by the courier company. When the large box arrived, the quality of the box was very thin, hence the inner boxes were sticking out of one side, luckily all the products I ordered were there, but you need to use better quality boxes, not single walled ones as they are too flimsy.

Very efficient order and delivery Thankyou

Order arrived within cpl of days good price items.

A fantastic choice and very quick delivery

Ordered 4 chair pads: received 2 chair pads and 2 clothing protectors! When they eventually answered the phone, Amy was very helpful and immediately sent 2 more chair pads. Product great, but frustrating picking incompetance.

Very pleased with your products, I bought the wash and night incontinence pads.

Item was excellent at an extremely competitive price, very speedy delivery.
