This was a 'first time' for me, so I think I need to order something different next time. However, I am pleased with my purchases and having discovered your website.
Great service, best price I could find, far cheaper than anyone else online — very affordable, which is a blessing, and I’m grateful for that. Items arrived quickly and were securely and, thankfully,... Mehr ansehen

As mum is a regular user I’ve opted to subscribe, this takes away the hassle of first having to remember to order new pads and secondly the price of the pads is really competitive. They are just a phone call away should you have a query. Inco’s Service has been excellent.

Good products but some difficulty with paying and delivering
Wide range of products at reasonable price, but I don't like the way the products are listed on the web site; they seem to be in a random order so that it is hard to find what you want. Also it says you can opt out of paying VAT- if you qualify- as part of the order placing and paying process; I could not find how to do this. I phoned the company and a rep said she would try to get VAT removed from my order but she didn't. I could not get my VAT returned or credited. Only £9 but I don't like paying unnecessarily.
The delivery company ignored my request to leave my order with a neighbour and left my package on a wall near my back garden

The products are great
The products are great, just what I need. The only problem I found was the waiting time for Evri to deliver my items. I understood that it was 3 days from ordering, however it took an extra week on top of that.
