Matt came to the house for a consultation and gave us some great ideas for our fireplace, he was really friendly and put us at ease regarding the work. We were booked in very quickly and the guys that carried out the work were very efficient, friendly and respectful of our property, everything was left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend Incendium to anyone Thanks Matt, great job.

can not fault these guys they were brilliant, they were very efficient and explained it all through out, the 2 fitters were very friendly and nice and explained what they were doing, and left no mess. i am very satisfied and would highly recommend them to any one.

Matt visited me for the initial survey, & spent nearly an hour patiently answering my many questions, I knew little about wood burning stoves and he has a vast knowledge and wealth of experience. Matt and his Team were very professional and nothing was too much trouble throughout, even though I changed my mind on the stove I wanted, & then changed it back again, Matt was patient and understanding. The stove was fitted with little disruption and nowhere near as much mess as I had anticipated, I had my fireplace knocked out, and everything was explained clearly to me at the various stages of work.
Everything was completed within a day, and I am very happy with the outcome. I am very happy with the service I received from Matt and his Team, and would not hesitate to highly recommend Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces, great customer service at a good price.
