The most amazing company ever. They are so professional. Deliver on their promises and the customer service is second to none. I'm so glad I went with this company. From start to finish they have been amazing. The ladies in the office are so friendly and kind and nothing has been too much trouble. The gentleman who came today to fit the blinds is simply wonderful. He did not make any mess. Was super quick at fitting the blinds and had the most impeccable manners and customer care. What an amazing company. Thank you do much. 100% highly recommend this company. Fantastic experience. Blinds ever more beautiful than I expected.

Great service from start to finish. Called and made an appointment. The measurer called when he was 30 minutes from my home. He discussed the ranges and prices and measured up. We agreed a date for fitting.
Again, the fitter called when he was 30 minutes away. It took him 15 minutes to fit the blinds. They were exactly what I'd ordered and allow for a lot more privacy.
I'd definitely recommend this company.

My whole house is now fitted with these blinds.
Had some blackout blinds fitted as I’ve recently started working nights. They are always punctual and give you a phone call 20 mins before arrival. Lots of choice
The fitters are really efficient and do a great job and tidy up all of their mess

Immy came today to fit my blinds and did a fantastic job, I'm really pleased with them, he was pleasant, chatty and efficient, I'd recommend him anyday.

Immy was friendly and efficient but the guy who came with samples put the controller on wrong side and didn't give me time to look well at colours. So I dislike the colour chosen as it was in a rush. Great fitting from Immy though.

Had my blinds fitted yesterday patio door and side window..2 bedroom window’s with vertical blinds and 2 roller blinds in my kitchen absolutely great..had them installed with in 38 minutes..The guy was brilliant fitting them..I would definitely recommend Impress blinds to anyone 100% 👍👍Thankyou IMMY

Had 3 blinds fitted today by immy he was very friendly and so fast! I was expecting a lot of mess but it was so minimal. I love my new blinds I’ll be getting more soon!

I have really large long windows so was expecting an extortinate fee for 3 windows but the price was great. They were fitted today by a nice gentleman who also tidied up after himself and was very polite.
The blinds look so good. I'm very happy.

Extremely disappointed with Impress Blinds. I chose the wooden blinds and I was quoted a price of £1200 which was not cheap. A picture of the blinds I ordered was taken and I paid the deposit which was 30% of the order as requested. On the day of fitting, completely different blinds were brought to the property which none of us could recognise. We even went so far to question whether they have got the correct order? Despite complaining and showing the fitter the wrong blinds were provided by Ideal Blinds, he was rude and aggressive where they refused to provide a refund on the deposit. I said the blinds provided are wrong and completely different to what we ordered by even showing the example, but the fitter was having none of it. I would use a reputable company like Hillary's, least you know what your paying for and it is quality. These blinds were cheap, tatty and wouldn't even last long. Just be careful when you place your order as they will refuse to release your deposit even though they are running some sort of scam by showing different at the time of order and installing completely different.
