I had my windows measured yesterday by a nice and friendly gentleman Hass. I'm very pleased with the service I received from him and fantastic price for 4 windows:) Now waiting for installation. Thank you

I was quoted £250 for perfect fit blinds for 2 extremely small stair windows. This is a lot of money for 2 small windows. The fitter came to measure up and 2 weeks later on install day, the blinds prevented the windows from opening so they had been measured incorrectly. When they were eventually fitted, one of the turning sticks for the blind was missing. I asked for a good will gesture to be discounted from the balance due, due to the poor experience and inconvenience; this was refused. All this means is you have lost a loyal customer and I will be telling others not to bother with your firm. I have other windows wanting new blinds but I will be going elsewhere. Not good customer service.

They didn't even reply after they promised to do so.Not only was their workmanship terrible they obviously do not care about their customers,my advice is to avoid this company and save yourself a lot of grief.

Soly who fit the blinds was amazing. He arrived on time. Very quick and professional. Even cleaned up after he had completed. Would highly recommend

I want to say a big sorry to impress blinds and bilal,we just brought big house with too many windows, needed blinds we contacted another company who quoted over our budget. We didn’t know what to do, so we contacted impress blinds bilal came round showed us his blinds etc and gave us a quote half of what other company was asking. I was shocked but went with them I did have doubts at first how can they be so cheap,maybe they won’t turn up etc. around 3 weeks we had phone call to say our blinds are ready and be fitted on Sunday. We are over the moon with our blinds they top quality have been fitted perfectly by Kez who was professional and got the job done. An outstanding company couldn’t be happier. Thank you bilal and kez.

We just had our blinds fitted and are very impressed with them. I can’t fault Kez who came round to give us a quote and showed us our options he was polite, professional, and really helpful with our selection of blinds and went through things throughly. Was no pressure to buy. Was really accommodating to our needs. Great price not to long of a wait for the blinds. Great service to fit blinds on a Sunday. Couldn’t be more happier. Our home looks lovely.

WE opt for the black out blinds and are very pleased with how they look.
Very professional firm as one of the windows I supplied measurements not Has and when it came to fitting blinds were a couple of inches long and not a word said about my miss measurements fitter apologised and said
New ones would be supplied in a few days. Just been fitted now so very happy and no hesitation to use impress again,

Blinds lovely spent hundreds of pounds on beige vertical blinds only to have no choice was given white chains. So
Made them look cheap and they was not cheap at all. Bought beige chains cost £20 maybe suggest option

Perfect blinds and brilliant service! Kez was great and polite he made sure we was happy with everything before he fitted the blinds and once he fitted them again he made sure we was happy wit h them and we are, love them and has made our home feel more complete, great price too! We shopped around and went for impress blinds because we have had great service from the start!

Phoned myself to ask what time I would be in. Rude phone manner difficult to understand. Then said he would be here 2 Hours after asking what time I'd be in. On arrival walked into room, no introductions. Brusquely asked what we wanted, more or less threw samples at us. Did not explain different fits etc. asked if we wanted a 'tape' when asked what this was he just repeated question. Didn't explain different styles or breakdown of cost or what they provided.Gave us quote and then just proceeded to stood there. Overall atrocious customer service. Would not recommend nor would be using based on this experience alone.

Very impressed with how fast and professional the service was soly was really polite and got on with his job in no time. Giving me all the information I need to use them and take care of them. Will definitely recommend thank you

Just had our venetian blinds fitted by Soly from Impress Blinds this morning,fantastic job done by a top guy would highly recommend.

Impress blinds fitted our blinds in 2020 we had new windows fitted but the blinds did not fit properly so we phoned impress blinds. A lovely young man came out named Waz he made sure everything was done very polite and very professional would highly recommend Impress Blinds.
