I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my bait, blamed dpd for damaging the package and insured me it would be delivered this week but I have heard nothing, not I have to contact them and wait 72HRS for a response. I have ordered bait online for years and never experienced such a lack of communication after they have taken your money. I will never use this company again

My first order with Impactparticles since the company changed hands. After a bad experience under the previous management this was a very pleasant suprise. The bait turned up on time, well packaged, fresh as a daisy and of great quality! I would 100% recommend ordering from Impactparticles! Their customer service is also brilliant and they were very quick to reply to my messages on messenger, and explained all my order information and delivery information clearly and quickly with no fuss. Carriers damaged 2 packs in transit. It happens. Impact answered on bank holiday and offerd full refund. No need just replaced the 2 damaged packs with they did within 48hrs. First class customer service snd oh yes the HMT mix are brilliant.

First order wasn't dispatched for over 2 weeks. Half the delivery got damaged. The second delivery that arrived was sour, one bag had totally blown, the other was at point of exploding. Won't be using them again
