easy to use the app and pre pay and straight forward through the washer, the brushes are a bit harsh and sometimes knock the wing mirrors off position but thats a minor detail

Operator not bothered. Seemed put out when I showed him a prepayment qr code. Worst thing is the end dryer and the curtain of drying cloths at the end were both missing. Car wash Machine looks like it's on its last legs. Will go elsewhere next time.

Always have a great service when I attend the car wash in Worksop. The attendant is helpful on my car gets really clean.

For the 1st time today. I visited IMO Worksop off Turner Road after several marketing pop ups. I bought a-6-wash bundle thinking it would worth it.
Unfortunately it was one of my worst experiences. Very poor customer service from the attendant, lack simple morals and courtesy especially for a first time customer. I wonder how could an organisation invest in such a great business and employed ill-trained personnel and rude fellow to oversee it.
I initially had a very high hope and expectation but I can tell from this hand wash could do a better job. I left there so disappointed. My car still had foams of soap on it after and boot/tailgate area not touched.
I called his attention to it and he just reluctantly & shabbily wiped it off. No wonder there are more customers at the other competitor just beside them.
I touched my car and the alloy wheel and there's still lot dirts.
I paid £63 for a 6 wash bundle. I should have just tried them first with a single wash. I will definitely find a way to unbundle.

I had a fantastic experience at IMO Car Wash today. I believe that there are things to say about them, The service was quick, professional, and my car came out looking spotless. A special thanks to Abdullah who did an amazing job, he was friendly, hardworking, and really paid attention to the details. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work, and it really shows in the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their car cleaned properly!

This is a great, local wash. The guy on site always says 'Hi' and has a smile and is very friendly.! Car wash is pretty good too.!

We didn’t get the car pre washed even though it was paid for.

No wipes drying car at end of wash. However operator did check and wipe rear of car.

I pre paid for the car wash via the IMO APP and the payment of £7.99 went through but my preferred/ Home location of the IMO car wash site changed during payment?

I was then unable to use the prepaid car wash/ QR code at the site to prove I paid, and I had to pay again using their on site card reader. It did feel like a scam at the time.

It's very good experience through the car wash

The attendant who works there is cheerful whatever the weather and so helpful and friendly. I go usually with my sons who have special needs and they love the car wash. The customer service and kindness from the attendant is why we return. We drive our mouth our way and past car washes to get to the Worksop one.

Car wash is always clean and fast.

The car wash operators are very friendly and efficient. The car wash itself is good value and cleans our car to a reasonable standard.

Absolutely terrible service I had today he was so arrogant rude and didn’t I went to the car wash I have a automatic Mercedes and obviously been here several times and always told me ahh put the car in neutral the guy told me to put it in d what is drive my car jammed up it was a absolute disaster from start to finish he is absolutely terrible horrible how he speaks to people

The operatives overcharge customers and do not understand english.

We paid extra for the "Triple Foam Wash" at Worksop on the 19/01/2025, and they only gave us the cheap plain water "Eco Wash!" When we complained, they claimed they didn't understand and walked off, keeping the extra money. They didn't appear at all concerned and kept repeating the only phrase they appeared to know, which was "card or cash?"

We will not be using IMO again. This business desperately needs someone at all branches who can understand English and keep up good customer relations.
