We had our car washed.A very friendly and professional service given great advice on the wash I needed at the time.we are very pleased overall and the manager was very polite and helpful.we will definitely be returning again and recommend it to everyone.

Didn’t see the value in money for the cost of it and then at the end the dirty rags that went over just smudged the car with smears. Had to take it somewhere else after. Waste of money and cost me twice

Quick and easy. Good wash. Staff are nice. If you pre order your wash you can get discounts.

Went there to have car cleaned . The pre clean that the staff do is getting less and less .. the snow foam is sprayed over the windows so u can see that there not soaking the bodywork with it . We watched from across the road afterwards and there doing this to ever car. We have used different imo car wash’s and the seem to cover the whole car and let it soak the way snow foam should be used . Won’t be using this IMO again

Always made to feel welcome. Service is always 100% and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Our grandson came with us and the staff members were very friendly towards him and he loved it when they splashed his window!! Made the experience that bit more enjoyable for him.

wheels still dirty boot hatch dirty and jet-wash detached my spoiler- so its going to cost me time and money to reattach it- triple foam not worth it- wont be back

My 4x4 was really dirty. Helpful and friendly staff worked hard to manually prepare the vehicle for the automated wash in atrocious weather. Auto wash was effective and the ceramic treatment left my vehicle with an excellent finish. Very good service.

Friendly staff but I paid £34 for inside and out while going through the machine it must of caught my front wheel on the side a curbed it. Also while doing my interior they left little bits of mud on my dashboard and tore my leather steering wheel. This was my first and last time using them.

Friendly enough but the pre-clean before going through the machine leaves a lot to be desired.

The underneath of my car was still dirty as well as the alloy wheels.

Why advertise an alloy spa when it is nothing of the sort.

This place has been sloppy for months now. Zero care or customer satisfaction in mind. Take your money, do even less than before. Damage your paintwork and leave your vehicle dirtier than it went in. Question anything and you are gaslit by staff. Avoid at all costs. Now looking at several hundred pounds in paint correction.

Just paid £8 for my car to be cleaned - got home to realise that the roof was still really dirty - went back to ask them politely to rectify this. Was told that the machine only cleans so much and no they wouldn’t clean it again. Operatives were rude and abrupt and just handed me a piece of paper with tge customer services number. No answer from customer services - will try email. Guess you should only take a clean car to be washed at IMO!

I use this car wash regularly. every time I got perfectly clean and shine with great customer service . Ultra Hd the best wash I ever used. Ultra Hd give the paint protection and shine like polish. I love this car washt . even I recommdend to my family and friend also. they provide best service all the time . you get you car wash within Only 5 minutes. they save yout time as well.

Went to imo car wash lichfield road new invention, it ripped someones wing mirror off that was caught in the washers before hitting my car leaving a dent in the side of my car !! Filled in an accident report months ago yet still no response. Avoid !!
