Waited a good 15 minutes whilst a woman 2 cars in front came back around complaining her car was still dirty, it wasn't until I got home mine was still dirty in quite a few places and the wheels were still filthy

Automated will never beat hand car washes, but then this is very quick and convenient, and they do give you a quick clean with a jet wash before going in which helps. I’ve also used the IMO car wash in nearby Clayton, but this one seems to be a better machine. My one suggestion is that for the price you pay, you should get some tyre shine at the end too, although I appreciate this would make it a bit difficult for the guy running it if working alone.

The wash is pretty good the entrance/exit needs sorting as hit has massive pot holes in the tarmac, but the only reason I use this one is because its so close to where I live, the staff can't break a smile when they greet you and they don't put any real effort into the pre wash it's as you are an inconvenience to them

Easy to use and the bloke was very helpful only problem was I had the big £19 wash and I was left with dirt on my wheels still in places but saying that I will use again

It’s a good place to go for a quick wash if your car isn’t too bad.

Always seems to miss areas of wheels and in the grooves of the car.

This is the car wash in stoke on trent at park hall road and anchor Rd been refused to have my car washed because I didnt have the cash very rude kurdish guy told me that his boss doesn't pay him enough I have to pay cash so he can keep the money himself very angry behaviour I thought he was going spit on me won't go there again

We regularly have our cars washed here. They both always turn out immaculate. I just wanted to also say thank you to the lovely man who runs the anchor road (longton) car wash. Car always turns out brill. Our 3 year old daughter LOVES going to get the car washed, she thinks it’s fascinating and always asks if we can go. It takes a lovely person to go out of their way to make a little person smile. What a nice bloke 👍🏼

Everything I use the longton imo the guys there do a fantastic job! Very occasionally the wash misses a little bit by the boot but it is a machine and nobody's perfect. Other than that a great job done every time.
Just to be transparent, I used the wash in Paignton whilst on holiday and it was terrible. The operated wasn't interested, the site was near enough deserted and the water smelled like a sewer. Not a good experience. IMO, take notice and get your teams upto standard like Longton.

The guy is rude and did not provide the required services. The car looks more dirty after wash. When asked about poor services the guy used foul language in front of my family and asked me not to come again if don't like services.
