The guys at IMO in Northwich are spot on every time. Ive used this wash for years now and never had a bad experiance. the machine has had its faults in that time but its rare and on those days the dudes sort any shortcomings with the pre-wash. I drive a lot of miles and the dirt on the roads around the area is not forgiving (lots of farms) so often come in with built up dirt after around 3-4weeks of driving up and down the country. I use the XTR wash and quite happy with it each time. shiney. The XTR wash shifts the water easily on the A-roads & motorway runs and lasts quite long. Cant wait for the new product Graphine G60 to become available. cheers.

Speedy wash and seems to have done a great job cleaning the car. Didnt dry the whole vehicle but mostly done

When I bought a new car recently I was given 12 x Triple Foam car washes through IMO. I tried the first one and although it was a good clean I wouldn't say it was perfect - still some dirt around the alloy wheels and no attention to dry the car after the roll through car wash. I asked about the option to upgrade on the next one and was told to mention it before scanning the QR code on my account.

Good value for money, quick and efficient staff

I used IMO for the first time and appreciated several aspects: the pricing and wash options are clearly displayed, multiple payment methods are accepted, and the combination of hand wash, roller wash, and drying is a nice concept. The staff were polite and the process seemed efficient.

However, I encountered a couple of issues that left me disappointed. I selected the Total Wax program, but when my car exited the tunnel, it was still noticeably wet. With a long queue of vehicles behind me, I didn’t feel comfortable returning to the staff to raise the issue. I wasn’t confident that my concern would be well received, and I wasn’t sure what they could have done anyway if the drying system wasn’t functioning properly.

I drove home (just two miles away) with a wet car, and as expected, by the time I arrived, water spots had formed on the windows and bodywork. I had to re-rinse and dry the car myself to avoid further marking.

In addition, my electric side mirror on the driver's side appeared to get notched during the wash. It still works, but now makes a different noise compared to the passenger's side, which suggests something may have been affected during the process.

Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning. Unless someone from IMO contacts me with a solution or explanation that restores my confidence, I don’t see myself using their services again.
