Great car wash and great service .Staff are great

Poor customer service, no real interaction.
Road surface is uneven.
Clean was not great quality, still had marks & debris on the car afterwards.
The clean is quick but no real consideration for quality.

Always quick and great job friendly staff wouldn't use anyone else

It's been a while I didn't wash my car in this place but the staff remains kind and attentive and the service high quality as usual.

Because they were so busy, the prewash was virtually non existent. My car had still got dirty spots

windows still had dirty streaks, soap leftover on the vinyl areas and didn't look particularly polished and had spent £9,50

The staff were friendly but the machine wasn't good at all for what it costs

I went for the car wash , spend 18 £ for platinum car wash , get back home and I have to start cleaning my car from Oil smsll drops over the lhs front wheel and front bumper .
On top of that , platinum car wash provided waxing on the body , I didint noticed this at all on my car . Never going back there again

On my first visit the operative was incredibly rude and impatient, aggressively mouthing off in whatever language he was speaking. My car was not clean on leaving, covered in smears. Absolute crap!

I bought the £19 package expecting extra wheel cleaning as advertised. Unfortunately, the wheels were very poorly washed and still looked dirty. The sills and wings were also only mediocre — far from a proper clean.
In addition, the area around the mirrors and the glass was completely untouched and left dirty. It really felt like the “extra wash” part was missed.
I was also very disappointed with the customer service. When I politely asked if I could use my online purchase on another day and just pay the difference for a Full Valet, they responded quite rudely and said no. The only option they offered was to pay another £30 on top of the £19 I had already spent. I was genuinely shocked by both the answer and the tone.
Overall, the service did not match what was promised. I hope IMO Car Wash improves the actual cleaning quality and trains their staff to be more polite and flexible with customers.

I drove in , they scanned my QR code ,I went through the car wash and it was all done within 5 minutes . I will use again
