Really good clean. Not too expensive.
Just can't reach the door sills!

Scratched the living hell out of my bonnet and machine vacuum facilities were out of order and would not let me self clean my car with the plug in vacuums available

Car was smeary and had water stains over body and the windows. Front windscreen was still dirty. And this was despite paying for almost the most expensive clean. I would go for the cheaper basic options.

I paid for the top-of-the-line car wash and the car came out filthy! They didn't wash anything and on top of that, they almost broke my rearview mirror and scratched it! I complained, they refused to wash the car properly and were even rude! If you want to wash your car, this is definitely not the place for it.

Tried IMO for the first time and will not be coming back. Our local BP car wash was out of service, so I tried IMO thinking they would be great and I would be a returning customer.

The app is easy enough to use and explains the different washes very well e.t.c. However, when I got there, the staff member that attended to me and was ‘helping’ me to navigate the system was very rude, spoke to me as if I was an idiot and I immediately felt uncomfortable and stressed. I drove home after the wash thinking I was driving in a lovely clean car (did not get out to check at the time as I was in a hurry), only to park the car, get out and see that - yes the dust and dirt were washed away, but there were water marks all over the car and it was not shiny at all. Paid £15 to have some water blasted on the car basically. Very dissatisfied.

Need better customer service and performance by cleaning personnel, they should wipe out the water marks after completion of the machine car wash.

Quick and easy to get the car washed even when you’re in a hurry. Pay in advance using the app and choosing the spec of wash makes it even quicker. The current cost is reasonable too.

Left wothlot of water marks all over the outside so just looked dirty with no shine

Very poor even with the Ultra HD, all windows had spots from water drops, multiple places dirt still stuck. Not at all found it worth the price.

Car was still dirty. Marks on the windows, wheel still not clean. Wish I had checked when I was there.

Quick and efficient

Scammers work here. I've been asked to pay £5 for basic car wash with the app but the rest £20 for "propper cleaning inside & outside" to pay them directly + they registered my £5 welcome voucher but I didn't get any discount from that voucher + they have done a very bad job (cleaning is not for them) they scratched the car + didn't vacuum & clean inside as expected, I will never use this team's service again. The other car wash service nearby, at Merton Sainsbury's car park, is a better option in terms of price and quality.

For the first time in all the years I’ve been going to this car wash, my car received the best pre-wash attention ever. I’d been parking under a tree popular with local birds, so it was quite a mess, and I really appreciated the extra care the team took.
They spent a long time making sure the car was properly cleaned before it went through the main wash, which made a real difference. I was especially impressed with how shiny the wheel trims were at the end—they looked as good as the day I drove the car out of the showroom.
I had the Ultra HD wash and pre-paid using the handy scan-me barcode, which made the whole process quick and easy. I really hope I get the same team next time!

Speedy service, very popular, many cars in the que but went fast, due to hard working staff. 5 stars.

Clean and clean environment

Was an okay clean.

Didnt wash great to remove dirt around especially on windows. Staff usually do brush it with soap along with alloy wheels but they didnt even do that.
