Convenient, fast and cheap.

The car wasn't clean when I left and I got a Diamond wash, I had to clean it by hand. I think it's probably okay for cars that go every week and just need a quick wash, but it's not much use if you have to wash it yourself by hand after paying for it to be washed.

Not good wash paid 19£ they didn't do anything special same as the eco.
The was was fine but drying is not good there wqs water marjs all over my car even mirror as well not good

Easy to navigate and follow directions. My wheels are really dirty still.

very rushed, rear screen. Not cleared properly. With the pre wash. And the wing mirrors after wash still had dirt on and the front screen not cleaned in the pre was as well. Paid for a top ceramic. And when it came to that part of the process not alot of fluids actually onto the car a trickle. Overall alot of room for improvement. I paid for a ceramic xtr and I can say -
Hand Pre-Wash
The attendant will apply an intensive cleaner to areas of stubborn stains on your vehicle wheels, bodywork and windscreen, jet wash areas to remove loose surface dirt, and treat areas with a shampoo applied with a soft hog hair brush.
None of that happend I got a quick walk around with a liquid sprayed on and the windscreen was not touched and also the rear screen not touched really at all as still had the outline of my windscreen wiper marks on both screens. Not worth money I paid

I have ultra wash and Car it didn't dry properly and under chassis wash they didn't done all dirty and body wash they didn't done it so i have to pay for something they didn't do doit very disappointed

The automatic wash is convenient and quick, and the overall result is decent. The car comes out about 80–90% clean, which is fine for a basic maintenance wash.
However, I’ve noticed that some areas like the wheels, lower panels, and rear bumper are often not fully cleaned, especially recently after staff numbers seem to have been reduced. The pre-wash stage feels a bit rushed, which affects the final result.
It’s good for a quick wash, but if you’re looking for a more detailed clean, you may need additional hand finishing.

Excellent value for money

Paid for a prewash for same day (car cleaned for a wedding) and the voucher did not apply into my app for a further 24 hours. Once I discussed with an IMO employee he advised this is often the case with the app. I had to pay again onsite and now have a voucher I don't really want to use going forward

I see this car wash has improved - in the past the water would smell like the gutter but I didn’t smell that on this occasion - however I would recommend the drier is made better because it doesn’t fully dry the car on completion.

Also we miss the different coloured triple wash - please bring that back

The car wash damaged my car, responded rudely and didn’t care about my damage. Horrible customer service at the beckton branch!!!

My free wash reward was not redeemable. Also, I can never claim reward point even though my app says I can collect point. When I show it to the car wash attendants, they just laughed

Efficient, good car wash

Convenient location and quick and reliable service.

The rims do not wash. Plus after wash the air blower did not dry the car well there was water all over the car. Plus I have to clean windows again because there was still dirt marks on the window glasses. All the site should have proper drying facilities. If I have to dry my self afterwards what the point of visiting your imo sites

Friendly staff and quick process

I noticed they never clean the back of the car by the broom for cabs they do for other vehicles is not because we get 50% discounts the drop the standard not nice
