Ann from Immediate Mortgage Solutions has been efficient and proactive from start to finish of this process, advising and arranging the most suitable mortgage for us and actively applying for new mortgage rates when they dropped with our provider. We had multiple meetings with Ann to discuss our requirements and how the purchase was progressing, and she was always available to provide quick, clear responses to our many, many questions. Ann was focussed on getting us a mortgage which suited our situation best, and we felt that she truly cared and worked hard to get the best outcome for us. After giving birth to our daughter, we decided it was time to renew our life insurance. We were allocated to Maria Eastwood for this protection and I could not recommend her highly enough. She was flexible and considerate, scheduling meetings for a time that suited us (usually around nap and feeding time) as well as leaving us messages via telephone or email, when I was unable to answer. During our initial meeting, Maria was incredibly coherent in explaining the levels of protection (putting them into real life cases and situations to make understanding the jargon a lot clearer), listened to our needs/expectations of protection and her extensive knowledge enabled her to recommend specific products that now suited our family situation and circumstances, enabling us to make decisions better. Maria allowed us time to think about the cover we were considering before committing to a product and processing payment which was really helpful as it allowed us to asses our finances again, as well as giving us time to be sure the cover we had chosen was appropriate.
Furthermore, upon needing a GP review before the product could be processed, Maria communicated with us the reasons why, advised us how best to get things moving quicker with the GP and sorted out a technical glitch to enable a cheaper rate that was first quoted. Maria was kind, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, relatable and considerate (especially with us having a young baby). We will certainly be using Maria again if and when we need to renew our life insurance for further cover in the future, as well as any remortgaging as we know she will offer us the best service, advice and products.

Dan was excellent and I recommend him to everybody! We were looking to move up the property ladder and we had contacted our current mortgage provider but they said they couldn't lend us anymore to be able to move. So we spoke to Dan and he made it possible, and completely stress free, to move up the ladder, ironically using the same mortgage provider who said they couldn't help! Dan was always only an email away to answer any questions. He even helped us set up our home and life insurance policies too! 10/10!

Dan helped me as a first time buyer a couple of years ago and I have recently had to remortgage in the current climate. With there being several options, Dan took the time to go through each one in detail to help me choose the best one. Nothing was ever too much to ask and he was always there to answer any further questions. Chloe made the whole process simple, right from the start going through details she diligently reviewed and questioned where required. My remortgage wasn’t the most simple but she chased the relevant teams where needed, constantly keeping me updated where the process was without me needing to get involved. She also explained items for both the mortgage and insurances in simple terms and was able to answer all questions I had. Having had several advisors before who I thought had done a good job, Chloe went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and would fully recommend her to anyone and will be using again when required!

As we entered the mine field of remortgaging in this current climate we we're looking for an honest broker and these guy's we're great from start to finish.
